The pools are unbelievable! They’re massive and spread out over the facility. The property has direct beach access and water sports from a third party right next to it. Awesome walking/ running track also along the coast. The restaurant RIN is really good. The Internet was shotty, kept connecting and disconnecting on wifi. The rooms are a little dated, but otherwise very good. The breakfast at suku is way better than the restaurant Spice, but the breakfast options were pretty limited and quality wasn’t outstanding.

Beautiful luxurious property

The location, the facilities, good food and the extremely nice staff. The housekeeping guys can do a bit more effort. Some floor corners still remain dusty after service.

Great facilities, Incredible staff, always smiling, very welcoming and always ready to help. The only 2 comments I have is regarding the rooms which are abit outdated, and the breakfast section can be abit better for a 5-star resort

No mirrors in the room, only in bedroom.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and always welcoming. The breakfast offered a great variety with excellent quality, the rooms were spacious and very clean, and the pools and beachfront were beautiful and well maintained. The resort is perfect for families and provides a relaxing atmosphere with outstanding service. Very little to complain about. The resort is large, so walking between some facilities can take time, but the buggy service helps. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Great facilities and excellent service.

From the moment we arrived we were in ore of this place and the beautiful staff. The whole property was stunning from the gardens to the pools and the rooms. It was always clean and the staff go above and beyond to help you in any way possible. All of the staff throughout the whole hotel where so lovely but I would love to mention one gorgeous girl named Wiranti who works in the Suku restaurant at breakfast time. Her smile always lit up the room and every morning and took the time to talk to us and recommend places to go. She could not be any more helpful and was such a sweetheart. We will be back to this incredible place!!

I liked everything. The staff made us feel cozy and provided the best customer service possible. Nothing really.

We only stayed two nights at Conrad Bali but felt like VIPs the entire time. The hotel is beautiful, but what really made the difference was the people. Our curator Cicilia was incredible – she went the extra mile for every request and made sure everything was perfect for us. Her dedication really stood out. We enjoyed a romantic dinner right on the beach, and our server Chandra made the evening truly special. He was so attentive and enthusiastic that he turned a great dinner into an unforgettable experience. We also received a complimentary photo session with Arman, who is not only a very talented photographer but also super fun to work with. He captured some amazing shots that we’ll treasure. Everything about the stay felt luxurious yet warm and personal. We highly recommend Conrad Bali and would return in a heartbeat. A big thank you to Cicilia, Chandra, and Arman for making our visit so special!

I have been to Bali many times prior, first time staying at Conrad Bali this trip. I was simply amazed with the large land area and immaculately designed facilities. You are spoilt for choices, scenery, and tranquility at Conrad. You just have to simply stay at Conrad and never have to venture out. Excellent restaurants with buffet breakfasts, enormous and beautifully maintained pools, amazing beach side. The staff and service were amazing! None - I liked every bit of my stay!

The resort’s architecture and everything A bit far from central places and everything closes by 10

The hotel is very large and offers several options for dining. The pools are beautiful and well maintained, and the surrounding vegetation is truly impressive, creating a very lush and relaxing atmosphere. The entire resort feels spacious and peaceful, making it a great place to rest. What stood out the most was the incredible greenery all around the hotel. The staff was also excellent—very kind, attentive, and helpful at all times, from the luggage service to all areas of the hotel. The hotel feels a bit dated and is not very modern. The rooms are somewhat small, especially for a family of two adults and two children.

It is way too expensive for Bali if you want do drink or eat something by the pool. On top of the prices in the menu you need to add the taxes. That's why people don't really drink much by the pool and prefer to eat outside the hotel.

Beautiful property, beautiful location! Truly a relaxing oasis with an excellent staff, beautiful grounds, pools, rooms/suites, excellent restaurants, and an inviting bar with an engaging and attentive staff!
