Good value for money with a solid breakfast included. Room is a somewhat outdated and need some touch ups. TV connection needs attention.

The pool and proximity to the beach Towels were thin and old, mould on the lamp shades and booked a room with a queen bed and got singles

We travelled as a family with adult children and a grandchild. The hotel itself is not new but the level of the facilities is quite decent. All staff is super friendly! The room was properly cleaned every day. Laundry service was very affordable, and everything was returned on the same day. Everyone could find what's needed for breakfast. We would also ask to bring some extra fruits and other food for the baby that was never a problem. The ocean is not clean but at least the hotel staff clean the beach from plastic and seaweed regularly.

Wifi is not great and flaky, this was however not important for our vacation.

Pool was excellent as was the Massages. Room was somewhat small and the toilet leaked from the base.

Pool nice temperature and good size Room was a nice size Didn’t like the basketball net and balls in the pool because some people were throwing balls aggressively Wished that breakfast room had machines to make special coffees such as Cappuccino or Latte Stairs required to get to too

Room feels old

Good breakfast. Extra big bed!!! Big like for that, because we were with kid. Very bad scooter. Old, empty tank. Price were higher and i was waiting full to full and scooter in normal conditions. Staff in reception were not client oriented. Very rare for Bali.... Tv set was very old. No YouTube.

The hotel is on the beach. Lots of water sports available. The pool is large and very well kept. The restaurant is right by the pool and you can have your meals looking at the ocean. The breakfast was very good and the lunch and dinner menu had a good mix of choices. The food was delicious. I discovered a new favourite dish called Nasi Goreng. The snack bar also made the best healthy fruit drinks. Words cannot express how amazing the staff are, special mention to Andi, the hotel manager who walked around every day checking to see how everyone was doing. Sukah, the chef in the restaurant who was so kind and caring. And Erna at the front desk who always had a beautiful smile and was ready to help. So many more people I would like to list, the young men in the snack bar who are so kind throughout the day. This is a true gem. The staff really go out of their way to make your vacation a beautiful experience. Nothing

We arrived late from our flight, our reception was rude Weeda should not be dealing with customers the room he gave was disgusting we opened our curtains too a moldy wall & this is where Weeda would not listen he argued that we got what we paid for the price the room had a moldy smell no white sheets we booked thru booking.com we rang they told us they booked our room with pool views Weeda still argued in tears we contacting booking.com & told us that they are getting too many complaints, from this hotel we where staying for 8 nights with help from amazing female receptionist she put us in another room closer to the pool no view aircon broke down the electricity trip out & the black mould behind the toilet so my friend went down the mini mart & bought bleach poured it behind the toilet & tiles in the shower we snapped a photo to show Weeda the mould he laughed out loud he did being so disrespectful towards us, that darling female receptionist on the front desk felt for our bad start that we had for our wonderful holiday that we had turned into anguished & sadness the darling put us up on the 4th floor what a change we felt special the sad part of all this that we has 3 days taken from us asking to be treated very special, I could not look at him all speak to him because he wasn’t happy so so Weeda you didn’t get your way, so so sad? WEEDA ON FRONT RECEPTION

The Spa is oveprice for its treatment.

Your lounge was comfortable, The pools were great for the family, and location at the beach was excellent.

My stay at Bali Resort and Spa was exceptional. I loved the staff, they were warm, friendly, and very accommodating, which means a lot to me. The room was beautiful and very spacious, and the location is excellent. It feels almost like a private beach, yet you can walk all the way along the shore to Nusa Dua if you choose. It’s a long walk, but truly beautiful. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I had in Bali, with a wide variety of options and everything beautifully presented. I truly recommend this resort and would absolutely love to come back.
