The location staff and guests were all great

The location is perfect! Some of my roommates were kind of inconsiderate when opening and closing the door, they slammed it at times. And when the staff suddenly knocks at the door inviting everyone to join the night event, though the events are great, I just thought maybe there's other to reach out to people and invite them rather than aggressively knocking on the doors.

Very comfortable beds, friendly staff. Felt very at home there for my short stay :) Nothing, it was great!

All good None

location good, value of money, staff is friendly and helpful. cleanliness, my body itches when i get onto my bed, doubting whether they got clean/change the bed cover.
-
Close and easy access to Sydney Central Station for country and airport train services which is my priority.
-
The property is in the heart of CBD so everything is accessible. I like the reception staff, they are very accommodating from check in to check out. Whenever my room card key is not working they are fixing it right away. Very clean and organized.

This is my second time staying at Wakeup! The room was fabulous! The staffs are friendly and helpful as well. The common kitchen area is clean! Highly recommend!

Bathrooms and toilets left a lit to be desired.

The location and staff were great the bathroom was a bit old and worn and the bedroom was missing a blind panel
-
The bed was comfortable and also quite soundproofed. Even mid-night utility construction hardly made any noise. The bathroom was clean and large. Rental towel for a fair price of 5 AUD for the entire stay. Luggage storage was super generous - until 11PM the day of departure with kitchen and toilet access! not at all obvious and thank you for it!!! public transport is great - Sydney central, after all! The elevators are slow and overcrowded (the place is huge, 8 floors). The kitchen is TINY for such a huge place and with not enough storage. I could manage but it was a real hassle. Also it is so packed that things around the kitchen gets dirty in minutes.

Our room was upgraded However we were given a double bed and one thing my friend and I never do is share a bed. Sharing a room is fine but never a bed. A shared bed

The room I was in 507 were only for 4 women. It was clean and I got lucky to have roomed with tidy women, some only stayed for 2 nights and I was there for a week. The shared bathroom however is another story since it shared with all the women on the 5th floor. It should be clean 3 times a day instead of once in the morning and once in the afternoon. The bathroom is heavily use at night. The staff tried to clean the kitchen as best as they could. I would stay there again if I return to Sydney in the future.
-
Location is very strategic few mins walk from Sydney central bus station.Bonus points there is a free walking tour Alex our tour guide was super excellent, we did not avail the free Bondi tour due to conflict of schedules
-
Cleanliness straight great rules well managed place!! Bathrooms wall could get clean more often
-
The beds were very comfortable. The activities were fun, especially the walking tours The facilities were clean and functional The kitchen fit many people They should have a cabinet for free to use ingredients in the kitchen. Having to buy your own butter and oil for a 5 night stay is not necessary

There wasn’t AC in the rooms which made it incredibly hot to sleep in
