Location We turned to our room white towel keeping the door cracked open, we opened the door and it was not clean. (We were given an up grade) The upgraded room had no forks, no dish washing liquid, no tea towels, air con filters were thick with dust. Said good morning to reception staff him and another bloke looked at me and continued talking.
