Close the Capitol theatre, markets and restaurants Could have had more power points

Offered everything it should were decent and most importantly clean. Flood was a bit loose in some places making it feel worse quality. Room is also very bland with no windows so to some it might come across as depressing.

this hotel is very centrally located with easy walk to dinning and entertainment rooms are always clean and comfortable. I have stayed here many times and would always recommend it. great place to stay will be back

Great location. Lovely room although it seemed cold. There were no blankets for the bed in the room. I asked for a blanket and it was delivered. Lack of bowls, plates, knives, forks, large spoons, considering the hotel is surrounded by eating places. And not enough coffee satchets and milk. Should be enough for the length of stay. Three nights- 6 satchets each of coffee and milk. And cold water.

The front design services, the location, the price for value, and the size of studio were unbeatable. We could hear other rooms. And by poor chance, we’re staying in rooms next to hotel renovations. The machinery could sometimes start right after 8am and would disturb our rest.

Location is prime for walking around or getting the train to the airport, decor was nice, room was clean. The hallways have some steps in them which is annoying with luggage. The room had a weird smell, almost like really strong cleaner trying to mask something. Water took a while to heat up. The toilet paper holder was broken off and had to grab some off of a high shelf the first time I used it. The rooms/doors are not soundproof at all.

Very spacious room and comfortable, large bathroom area but limited space to place toiletries. Lack of an easy access power point to use the Iron.

My room was directly opposite the lifts and so I could hear people coming in and out of the building as well as in the room next to me. The room was great and large but could do with better sound proofing.

The parking is a walk, if it wasn't raining it would have been better.

The location The bed moved because it was on wheels. The body wash container was empty.

The hotel was convenient located close to the light rail and the CBD area. The room rate was great for where it is located surrounded by really good restaurants and shopping areas. I think there could have been more TV channels to choose from. It's pretty limited.
