The rooms were decorated beautifully and the beds were comfortable. . We had two rooms, which worked out perfectly. One on the main floor and the other up one flight. They had complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. The hotel is very close to everything in the city center and many of restaurants. No lift to bring luggage upstairs. Other than that perfect.

The hotel has a lot of old world charm. Although the room was very small, we anticipated that. We also were aware that there is no elevator. The room was sweetly decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Irene. The location was centrally located in the historic district VERY close to the cathedral, restaurants, and shops.

The people working there were very sweet and helpful The property is not clean at all, the rooms and bathrooms are stinky, more like a sewage smell.. Also, the bedding doesn’t seem to be clean, looks could be deceiving.

Very cute, very comfortable, the air conditioning works really well which was necessary in the midday Seville heat, also had a tv which was nice

No elevator so be careful if bringing a heavy piece of luggage!

Never ever seen in my life room to be clean every day in a two star Hotel. 10 out of 10 points. Best choise as a location of the hotel and as place to stay The old AC Can't meet the room on thirt floor

It was very clean. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet as it was just off the main pedestrian zone and no car access. The room was small and I so wish I had curtain on the window instead of a solid type panel

The staff—Juan Carlos and Christina—were great. They were helpful, providing instructions and advice on how to manage our activities in the city. The free coffee service was inadequate. You need to modernize your coffee appliance.

The light in my room- very airy and bright. The classic decor and use of original fixtures. The little balcony was an u expected bonus. Not applicable

cleaners etc are quite helpful and kind, location is quite central the room I've stayed was quite small and has tiny windows even though asked specially room with windows. i could not used the shower properly since bath drain was not fully functioning and overflowing. cleaners and Plummer were very interested in the clean room and fix the bath issue and were kind.. Reception experience was not okay, one more thing i asked if its possible or not to check-in early 1-2 hours if the room is available. my question was just ignored and referenced official check-in time. and asked if i'm going to stay alone or not although shared that I'm alone and gave my document. Did not understand but also did not like weird question and behavior. just waited around 1-2 more hours to get in. also bit noisy and somehow smelling smoke when you open the window.

This hotel is SUPER clean and smells amazing as you can legit smell it from outside. The staff are very nice and the beds are VERY COMFORTABLE. Best sleep after long travelling + best location Nothing
