Los Seises Sevilla, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

The location is very ideal and very close to the cathedral and just around the corner from good cafés and restaurants and high-quality coffee. The decoration of the entrance and the restaurant in Terrace bar inside is really quite nice but we did not take any opportunity to use them. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The air-conditioning worked well, the bathroom and room were very clean and our beds were comfortable. Everything worked well. The pool area is very rundown. Maintenance of the pool area was not very nice but rather shabby. The pool is very small and not particularly as nice as it seems. And the entire bar deck on the rooftop is rather dated and needs a refresh. It just needs more care and attention and love up there. Our hotel was fine, but it did not inspire. We had a room that was in the very corner of the hotel with a long walk to the end, and that part of the hotel felt very disconnected from other parts of the hotel. I would not say it was high value, but rather average.

Staff were great. The rooftop bar/deck/pool was also great. The location is fabulous! Noxious sewer gas entering our room. Dangerous. Clearly, the management does not care about the safety of guests. Either the housekeepers are so used to the smell that they don’t notice or the management ignores staff feedback from guests and doesn’t want to fix due to the cost. I work in wastewater so I know when I’m smelling hydrogen sulfide gas, and at the level that was present in our room, it made me vomit (and I’m used to it); it was at dangerous levels that put our health and safety at risk. Staff moved us after the second night, which was appreciated. The second room didn’t have gas coming in, so that was appreciated.

The location was very good There were two occasions where we wanted to go on the rooftop and there were private events scheduled

The location of this hotel is excellent and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful- would go out their way to help Hotel is modern and has a good selection of drinks. 5 mins walk from main square Taxi was 30€ from airport Pool area and bar nice and not busy at all in October We stayed in room 4 the room was clean and big but very dark- no windows. We were only in the room two night but any more would have been a problem Room 4 shower also leaks- water everywhere and because the toilet Is upstairs you need to Leave the Light on all the time and at night. Annoying! Breakfast expensive for what you get- source somewhere nicer outside

The property is very well located. Great features and decorations Our room was below the swimming pool. Very noisy at the time of the siesta. Many children shouting and running disturbing the people. During the night the flamenco show lasted until 23:00 which is ok. But then the staff was removing chairs and tables until midnight doing a tremendous noise avoiding us to sleep. There are other ways to do this less noisy. Moreover, I report this to reception during check out and the explanation was “they are other company” The hotel is ultimate responsible for guess rest and to give them an enjoyable stay. This was my second time at the hotel and I will probably not come back again. A pity considering the nice installation and service.

The location was great, the room was lovely. We also enjoyed using the rooftop bar Although it says the rooftop bar was open all year round it seemed closed and didn't have any chairs around it. On a Saturday the rooftop bar was busy, and despite us being hotel guests we were asked to stand and then other people who came to the bar were given priority over us, despite us being told we would be seated as soon as possible. Also no kettle in the room

The decoration was beautiful throughout the entire building. The reception staff were super helpful and gave excellent recommendations. The room (104) was just perfect. Absolutely loved the location. Rooftop terrace bar opening hours. Although we didn't personally use the rooftop much, we may have used it if it was open later.

Location was the best. Also the bar with the beautiful flamenco concert. The price for what the hotel offers. For the price there should be more or at least breakfast included.
