Quite, clean, friendly staff Nothing

Location is very centric and the lady at reception was very nice and helpful. Cleaning staff was good since they left the room spotless even with our stuff all over the place.

Great location. Walking distance to eateries, shops and attractions. Clean and cozy apartment in a charming building. Quiet at night, which is hard to find in the centre of Seville. Very kind and helpful staff. Bathroom sink is located in the room, facing the bed since the bathroom is compact. Didn't sleep because there was a leaking sound or water dripping in the drain. I advised staff, so hopefully it will be fixed. Thin door to apartment, so you can hear people in the common areas in the morning.

Every thing is amazing. Nothing

Good location and kind staff. Felt safe. Air conditioner was not working. Staff told me it was because I did not turn it on - I obviously tried to turn it on before. They then told me it takes time for it to fully cool the unit so I left it on all day and it still did not work. There was an obvious warning on the thermostat and I sent them a picture and it was never addressed. I gave up on trying to communicate to them about it and just opened the window. Loud area as very narrow streets

Beautiful - free coffee and tea 24 hours as well as a light snack - helpful and polite desk staff - beautiful inviting lobby - centrally located The walls were a bit thin

It’s a nice and cosy place.. feels like a home with a very good location which is 10-15 mins walking distance from the main sites you need to see as a tourist. The rooms are neat and pretty with a cosy dim light and comfortable ambiance. In the lobby they serve some snacks which is also a nice gesture. My room did not have a window to the outside which I was not very comfortable with and was very close to the stairs so I can literally hear everyone going up and down.

Location excellent!! Just wish the TV had a few English channels.

Great location. Wonderful staff. Beautifully decorated. Exactly what we needed for our stay in Sevilla. Nothing.

We booked the room with a balcony, but balcony was closed as it was under repair during our entire stay (4 days).

The location is perfect, close to a bus station and Main Street. Hotel is extremely clean with a friendly staff. -

I love the decoration. We could leave luggage early. And when we arrived it was already in our rooms. That was top. Also they offer room service Nothing

Cute, quaint, beautiful combination of traditional Spanish decor & modern amenities, kind staff, heat that worked well, and the tea/coffee available through the night. Although these things did not take away from my stay, I wanted to mention them because they were minor issues that I think others should be aware of: there is no fridge or microwave in the room. The bathroom is pretty small/tight.

Great location, beautiful building and interior design. Room itself was very nicely decorated and clean. Rooms were quite small. Very little space so it was difficult to maneuver with two people and two large luggages.
