Hairdryer not working .

The hotel is in a good location, and the room was clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable. I would happily stay there again.

Staff was excellent very nice and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Shower was great Just missing a kettle to make tea or coffee.

Room very small, we had one glass in bathroom, no cups or paper cups, no caffe machine, no electric kittle, no tissue paper. Would not recommend this hotel.

The location is great for walking and exploring old town. The hotel is in good condition and has been updated in the last few years, it’s comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast of toast, pastries, yogurt and fruit was fine and the service was great. The hotel advertises it has parking available so when comparing it to others in a similar price range it became the clear choice. Unfortunately, when we checked in at 7:30 pm the receptionist could not check the garage for available space which is down the street because he was the only person on duty and couldn’t leave the hotel. So we had the privilege of paying €29.95 for 24hrs at a public lot about 3 minutes away. If you require parking it might be wise to call the hotel to see if you can reserve a spot before booking.

Cheap and clean, good location Too basic, missing a bar and other amenities.

location is great, because really in center of all what you need to visit not clear that the parking was not included

Location is good for its proximity to Palace and Spanish Plaza. The bed was wet when we checked in our room. The speculation was the wet must from the way they clean our bed from previous guests. Instead of changing sheets, they do wet spray clean in situ. Also the breakfast didn't have enough foods provided. 5 of us nearly exhausted boiled eggs. Each guest only get one small cup of coffee.

Everything was perfect. Great hotel, friendly staff. The location is very good for reaching by taxi compared to city centre hotels.

The staff was very nice and helpful and the bed quite comfortable. I also liked it had a balcony. What I didn't like was to be woken up early in the morning with staff talking very loudly, when I have insomnia and was there for work, so not being able to rest properly was quite disturbing. I don't know if it's always like that or if it was a special day, as they seemed to be preparing some sort of exhibition.

It was in the center off Sevilha . Very close from everything Top Lola in the breakfast area . Made me feel at home . Excellent customer service from her . Reception gentleman at night offer himself to carry bags while I was parking. Morning lady in reception. Afternoon gentleman also. Very smart place but very cozy and homely.

Location is great, very close to the bus station. The staff is very nice and helpful.
