Zaida Boutique Hotel

Centrally located. Nice design. Good value. Male staff at the desk was not too welcoming at check in. The woman the next day was more welcoming and helpful. I liked the room as it was clean and comfortable but didn't like the location by the reception area and main entrance. I kept hearing the door close shut at night. A few ants in the room even though I brought no food.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the tourist attractions and the waterfront. The room is clean and modern in a beautiful old Moorish style building. The air conditioning was excellent for the heatwave during my time there. I could adjust the temperature in two zones - by the sofa and by the bed as there were two units in my room. And the hotel provided free storage of my bag post-checkout until I was ready to leave Seville. The toilet paper/tissue is interesting - it comes out one sheet at a time instead of as a roll.

We loved the whole experience. It is the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. I would recommend this as a lively place to stay. Nothing.

The location - walking distance from every major attractions Horríble room - looked like a cage , window facing a dirty wall - it seems they let the worst room for us . After taking the lift to our floor, still hard stairs to go down with our luggage. The most weird architecture. Loud neighbors to our room . Housekeepers shouting to each other before 9 am

The location and staff were very friendly and helpful as it was very easy to walk to the main city landmarks. The building itself was beautiful and different. For the price, I was expecting more amenities in the room, like free coffee and water.

The room was right in the city center and the bed was very comfortable. The lady working the front desk was very friendly. I liked everything.

It was a great location, very convenient to everything! The ac did not work, it was very hot and could not sleep. I heard someone else complaining that his fridge was broken as well.

Location is central. Walking distance to everything. Friendly staff. I could store my luggage until check-in time. The room is comfortable and clean. The coffee machine in the room isn't working properly. It would be nice to replace them with new ones. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Great location so price good for that reason We were given a room next to reception and road , very noisy The bathroom sink was so small water went everywhere, room small , we had an standing aircon machine which was so noisy we had to turn it off,couldn’t open window for air as too much noise outside,no coffee making facilities in room other than a coffee pod machine which you had buy pods for Reception staff not engaging

The entrance of the hotel is really nice. The location and there is a nice restaurant right in front of the hotel. The room was ok, first impression. We left our luggage went to dinner and come back to take a shower. The drain was clogged, literally my feet was submerged in water. Of course reception was close at that time to change the room. The bed and sheets all ok. The night was terrible, the smell of septic tank was terrible, we couldnt sleep and you could smells mold, sure enough there was black mold beind the door to the bathroom and behind the bed ....humidity all over... they painted to hide but ...... It was an horrific night ... informed the recepcionist in the morning and showed her pictures of the room. We left the hotel not impressed at all. Needs a real renovation.

They tried to move us to a different room but it smelled like toxic cat pee and they said it was the very last room available in the hotel so we either sleep very hot or in a room full of toxic smells. We stayed in the room without the air conditioning and found a cockroach staying in the room. We spoke to the front desk asking for a fan or another room and they said no and to figure it out ourselves. The service was terrible, the room do not have air conditioners that worked. Location, Appealing visually - spanish like architecture. Bathroom sink had to be plugged with water in sink, continuously to avoid a very strong sewer gas smell.

Rooms aren't soundproof, humid and the furniture is in general old and cheap quality. Bathroom is smelly and doesn't have good ventilation.
