Staff were friendly and trying to mitigate problems encountered during our stay and especially Lucrezia went out of her way. Wi-Fi was good and breakfast was good as well The property has problems with maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms. It was a big disappointment and the standard provided in this regard does not correspond to five stars and Radisson brand. The rooms are different. Some of them have blinds, some of them don't, and they are quirkily furnished. Some of their furnishings are also dated. Given the price this is a terrible value for money.

We were upgraded to a much bigger room, which is beautifully designed with the necessary facilities you need, including hamman in the shower room. The location of the hotel is very central, right next to the central train station. The staff are very friendly and professional. The neighborhood is not the safest. Given it's only two minutes to the train station, it is easy to get around, but the downside is it's not the nicest area to walk around.

Massive rooms and the steam room shower. Rooms are starting to date. Require some minor maintenance to maintain luxury appeal. Warped wooden floor boards in the bathroom and cosmetic wear and tear.

Perfect location, right next to the metro and train station, all the attractions are literally within a 30minute walk and the ones that aren’t it’s a 1minute walk to the metro station

Its location is excellent for a sightseeing stay in Rome. Bar and restaurant are beautiful. Manager Marco and his team make you feel like a valued guest throughout your stay Not much, I would recommend have a front facing room but that’s the worst I could say

Excellent management, attentive staff, a convenient location near the train station, and genuine care for guest comfort. We truly felt the warmth of Italian hospitality throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Mr. Marco, who was extremely professional; Kevin, who showed genuine care; Solomon, who was very knowledgeable; Musti, who was always friendly; Giulia, who was consistently attentive; Carlos, who was incredibly kind; Mara, who was gracious; Lorenzo, who was always ready to help; Ayon, who assisted us right up to the very last moment; and Matteo, who was simply amazing throughout our stay.
