Great location, right around the corner from Termini. It was cleaned every day and the breakfast was nice. I can highly recommend it, if was good value for the money :) I liked everything.

The location was amazing! The hotel is only about a 5–6 minute walk from Termini Train Station, which made getting around very convenient. It’s also close to a BIG BUS stop, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were very kind and helpful. They also gave us a 10% discount coupon for a nearby restaurant, where we had a really tasty meal. The breakfast was good, although there weren’t many options to choose from. The biggest downside of our stay was the smell. There was a very unpleasant odor around the hotel, and our room also had a strong sewage-like smell. This was noticeable throughout our stay and significantly affected the overall comfort of the room. We believe this is something the hotel should take more seriously. Overall, the location, staff, and view were definite positives, but the issue mentioned above made the stay less enjoyable than we had expected for the price.

We had an excellent stay at Exe Domus Aurea and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. The location was perfect—just a five-minute walk from Roma Termini, making it extremely convenient for travelling to and from the airport and exploring the city by train, metro or on foot. Despite being so close to the station, the hotel felt comfortable, welcoming and well situated for enjoying everything Rome has to offer. Our room was spotless, comfortable and very well maintained throughout our stay. The staff were excellent—always friendly, professional and genuinely helpful whenever we needed advice or assistance. The entire hotel was kept to a very high standard, and we felt well looked after from arrival to departure. Overall, Exe Domus Aurea provided everything we wanted: an excellent location, exceptionally clean rooms, helpful staff and a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We would have no hesitation booking it again on our next visit to Rome.

The breakfast was delicious. They also stored our luggage after checkout since our flight was later that same day. We usually sleep on an opened window, so it gets a bit noisy in the mornings. But if you can sleep with the air codinioner on, that won't be an issue.

Great location and a wonderful stay! ⭐️ We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely little hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic — just a 5-minute walk from the main railway station, with taxi and bus stops nearby. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and minimarkets within walking distance, which was very convenient. The hotel is cozy, and welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with high ceilings, a minibar, a safe, and excellent air conditioning. Everything was well maintained and made our stay very pleasant. The continental breakfast was a nice start to the day, and the rooftop was a real highlight! It was lovely to enjoy breakfast while taking in the views over the surrounding neighborhood. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful. Their warm hospitality really made a difference and added to the overall experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Great location, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent value for money. We would happily come back!
