Nothing specifically. Check-in was delayed by two hours. We were then given a lower-tier room than the one we booked and paid for. Staff blamed a “system issue,” then hesitated to correct it, first asking whether we had already used the room, and becoming visibly annoyed when we insisted. It was fixed only because we pushed back, which made it feel less like an error and more like a test of whether we’d notice. The room itself was worse. The toilet still had urine in it, under a “sanitized” seal across the lid, meaning housekeeping had sealed a bathroom nobody had cleaned. The towels smelled sour, as if left damp rather than laundered. And on our final day, the room wasn’t serviced at all. Paying for one room, being quietly given another, and then being met with irritation for pointing it out says a lot about how this place is run. The hygiene issues say the rest. Would not stay here again.

Entrance feels like you are in an old building, but it extremely well maintained. Highly clean and spotless rooms, bathrooma, with very good air conditioning in hot weather. Highly recommended. Near to main Rome train station. Plenty of food and restaurants around.

The location and staff were great The facilities are so so. Water in shower not working great. It took time for me to set up proper temperature to take shower. Consider all night noise from people entering hotel back from parties and ringing the bell door downstairs in order that staff open it.

Breakfast did not meet our requirements there were no eggs, or Omlettes offered and the electricity went off right in the middle of breakfast and could not have a cup of tea or coffee. They did not charge but was inconvenient and also the lift was not in service for one night and had to climb four flights of stairs after a long day visiting the Vatican Better details and descriptions with photos of the entrance and reception to the hotel. The only reason for booking this hotel was the closeness to the Termini

Nothing. I could not stay because they cancelled my booking for no reason. I can’t say. I didn’t get the chance to stay.

Good location 1in walk from Termini. Really easy to go to Rome Center or to Airport. Good restaurants nearby. We were actually surprised how clean were the streets nearby. Room.is small but ok for a short 2-3 day stay. A bit noisy , some music was playing on the hallway until 10pm
