Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience – twice in a row, there was no hot water in the evening. That's just not acceptable. What saves the situation is that Rome is so beautiful, and there are some lovely trattorias near the hotel – they were absolutely wonderful. Also, a huge plus is the location: it's super close to the central station, which made getting around really easy. So: location = amazing. Hot water = needs urgent fixing.

It’s close to Termini station and the staff is really nice It’s not clean at all, the bed sheets, towels and the black bellows were dirty, and in our last night the bathroom had no water at all, we were told to go to the first floor to have a shower or use the bathroom!!

Close to train station and restaurants, happy it had a lift for our baggage. Room was very very small. No room for suitcases. No tea or coffee making facilities, very basic.
