Perfect location, good value for money, clean bed and all surfaces except for walls. Friendly and helpful staff. Tiny shower installed or repaired by amateur - instead of bidet they should install a new bigger shower. Walls were dirty, need to be painted again.

Location was gud, Room was clean, Toiletries were given, Towels were changed everyday.. Bedsheets were not changed at all even after having stains of them in the beginning! Breakfast was very mediocre with tiny flies on the salami at times! Juice was full of water and tasted bad..

Great location to visit Rome

Staff were very friendly. Desk is open 24 hours so can leave key behind reception while you are out. Rooms tidied each day, ample towels, air con great, TV had Netflix, prime, youtube etc. Right next to main station was handy as not having to drag luggage across the city. The breakfast was good, classic continental, lots of options and nice fresh fruit. The pastries were very sweet and had so much jam inside - but that is just personal preference.

The hotel was very pleasant and in a great location, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was otherwise very rich and varied, but personally, I would prefer some warm eggs and bacon in the morning. However, that’s just a matter of personal taste.

The close proximity to Roma Termini station is a big plus. The area is quiet and have nice restaurants nearby. The breakfast in the hotel is excellent. The A/C was great during the heatwave in Italy. Everything was likable

It’s well-located - minute walk to termini, but there are many street legends saying how dangerous area this is - in my experience i have no problems here even late evening or very early morning. The factor which disqualifies this property is non-stop noise at night from the street cleaners and garbage trucks - if you are sensitive while sleeping skip it constantly. Price is fair but at first view rooms are old and used. If you looking for aesthetic place you should not stay here. Receptionist’s are very friendly and helpful, offer taxis during train strikes in italy.

The friendliness of the staff, and the quality and the multiple choices available for breakfast Air conditioning unit wasn't very capable, but then again rome was in the middle of a heat wave...
