Clean, air-conditioning, cheap, near train station. Have to give the key to reception when you leave.

Staffs are great, they are friendly snd accomodating. The room is so dark without any renovation. The shower is so uncomfortable to use, no shower closet. It’s like staying in a very old house. No room slippers and their floor, you cannot walk with it barefoot, it seems dirty and strange.

there was no coffee maker in the room. and they need to make a good maintenance. it was near the train station & shops , even a pharmacy coffee maker was a must in the room . and more cleaning. i asked them for 2 tea cups - empty . and they where not going to give us. its a must for me to have a coffee maker and there was a small fridge not working.

Location was good and staff were helpful and friendly. Kitchen staff member was working whilst obviously ill and demonstrated poor hygiene practices.

In flexibility to send me my invoice per email again, since the first invoice did not arrived. So only offered e a print out and could not split the invoice so that everyone of us could pay hhis or her room individually based on a commutative reservation.

I really enjoyed my stay there, all of the staff was extremely helpful and nice. The location is walking distance from the train station which made things super convenient. There were also lots of yummy restaurants and bars super close by and open late

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would prefer more options for breakfast though. Good stay!

The Location was excellent. The room was kept neat and tidy. The elevator was a bit old and squeaky.

Very centralized location 5-10 minutes from the Roma termini station with little restaurants throughout the area and 20ish minute walk to the colosseum and forum! 24/7 front desk service were they hold the key when you leave so one less thing to worry about and they were there every time! A little stuffy but it was also 90+ Fahrenheit everyday
