The staff were absolutely fantastic and helpful. The rooms clean and spacious. Great air conditioning. There are a lot of homeless outside, specially at night times.

The bathroom-crazy tiny shower and toilet right against the wall-had to sit at an angle?

Everything was clean and well kept. The man at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. Location is close to train station but still in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They kept constant communication. It’s very close to the station, about a 10 min. walk. The AC could’ve been stronger and the bathroom had a strong smell of mildew.

The hotel has very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to get our room even before the official check-in time, which was amazing — it’s great that you don’t have to wait until for your room to be ready. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Communication via WhatsApp before arrival and under our stay was very fast and efficient. The host was very knowledgeable and gave us a great itinerary. I was previously in Rome but i get some new tips to explore new things :)

The man at the front desk was so kind and let me work on the lobby for some time before checkin. Everything went smoothly and he was great

Loved the staff- very helpful and informative Loved the location - could walk anywhere

The room is dark and small, it is not like what the picture shows. It is also noisy because a busy street is right outside the window, with an open market during the day and outdoor sitting restaurants at night.

Amazing value for money. Location is briiliant, walking distance from great restaurants as well as the train and subway station. The host was lovely and took the time to help us build a customized tour in the city for our very short stay. Good communication and was easy to find. We had a great time!

I really liked this place a lot. I liked the location - it’s close to Roma Termini but on the opposite side of the station from where I’ve stayed before. I like this side better! The room was great - comfortable bed, nice bathroom, very clean. The check in process was easy. There was someone there at the front desk to show me to the room and explain things. Water pressure was great.

It was clean, easy acces to public transportation, friendly stuff. Cleaning was made daily. Chill in the room . AC was not enough , radiator was working only few hours per day . We had to use 2 blankets. Thin walls , you could hear everything from other rooms clearly , including talking or toilets water flush very loud.

You get greeted by a very warm welcome, Reception gave me a map and even explained Rome through the map. Place was quiet and clean, location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, everywhere leads to Termini station so it was very easy to come back to. I got slightly cold even though AC was on, but while sleeping it didn't bother me that much.
