Great location from the station. It’s was clean & simple breakfast was basic but enjoyable. We arrived about 9:15pm, but nobody was at reception. The main door was closed so couldn’t gain access. The hotel didn’t reply to my message or answer the phone. Luckily another guest let us into the reception area which was air conditioned. But still no response from my messages to the hotel and again didn’t pick up their calls. In the end I had to go back down stairs to another hotel and they called someone who eventually turned up, to check us in. No apology nothing.

Great hotel! Clean room, thorough cleaning, very friendly staff, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Termini station, good air conditioning in the room, there is a very good breakfast, if necessary, you can order a transfer to the airport.

The location of the property was perfect very close to Termini train station. Especially when your flight is at night, there are direct night buses to termini from fuimincino airport. The room was a little small but very clean, the host was very nice. The breakfast was good. It was well value for money. Special thanks Miss Fani.
