They charge you city tax for a 4 star hotel but the facilities are not at par to a 2 star hotel. Lift didn't work properly. Air conditioning made my family sick.

Be careful when you choose a “single room with french bed”, because what you see in the pictures has nothing to do with what you get. And they refused to change my room with something similar to the pictures shown on the website.

It's in the city centre and good value for money. My room was opposite the staff room and for 2 nights the TV was on 24/7 I couldn't sleep. It's also an old building and rooms look nothing like a picture. But price and location are good, so I suppose it's ok. I think the biggest disappointment is that there was no kettle or kitchenette or tea station as advertised as we specifically chose this hotel cause it mentioned it.

Close to Termini train station. Room was clean. Had a kettle in the room, but no tea, coffee or cups. Not quite sure what the point of the kettle was.

The staff was very friendly the place was clean closed to restaurants shops all that good stuff very good price

Are room smelled like poop everyday. The toilet didn’t flush properly which meant actual poop was floating in it at all times. We informed the people working twice but it was never truly fixed. The room had stains on the ceilings and walls.
