It was a very bad experience. The guy at the reception gave us a “private room” that was full of mould on the walls. The smell was disgusting, and the AC didn’t work. We insisted on changing rooms at 2 a.m., and he eventually gave us something more suitable. Overall, a very bad experience, with an extremely unpolite and unhelpful receptionist.

Room was very clean! Wi-Fi signal gets lost, the A/C didnt cool as it should and the fridge wasn't cold. Plus no ice machine and no phone inside the room to call the front desk.

Location is so good, convenient check in, staff is helpful and listens. My room had bad AC, made a lot of noise and didn't work well, also the flush was broken, but when I complained, they made sure to fix everything right away, so super good service. Sometimes the lift doesn't work, and then it's a hassle , especially if you are tired after a long day of roaming.

It was only 10 minutes away from the train station. There was so much cute local restaurants and Rome is very walkable from where we stayed. Nothing

The location was good. A bit scketchy at night tho. Where to start - the walls are dirty, the shower was broken and you will spill water in all the bathroom. The sink was leaking, bathroom exhaust fan had like 2 cm of dust on it. The window was malfunctioning. Hot water was a hit or miss thing.

Love the staff especially the morning breakfast The air condition doest work. Im diabetic and i could have a heat stroke in the room its that bad . I open the window i end up having mosquitos in room. It was an awfully place to stay with medical issues specially when you need air conditioning.
