The location was great, only a few minutes fron the Termini station. Great restaurants nearby, also farmacy and gift shops. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast incredible. The people from the hotel were very welcoming and nice. Nothing. Everything was great!

Breakfast was ok, the hotel is clean and they change sheets every day. I did not like the hotel staff at all. Their job is to clean the room, not to touch and rearrange my personal belongings like makeup and hair brushes. During the cleaning, they broke my perfume bottle and did not even offer compensation. My advice: do not leave anything valuable or important in your room, because there is a chance it may “magically” disappear. After this happened, the lady working on a breakfast gave me a fake phone number that could not be reached, and nobody responded to my emails either. So she is a liar. The girl working on a reception is rude she doesn’t even say hello to you. I do not recommend this hotel, better find something else.

All staff are good but the woman who works there (Serves the breakfast) is very kind and lovely.

Near to termini The water pressure in the bathroom and toilet was extremely low, so we couldn’t take a shower. Also, there were several small hotels inside one building.
