Clean and staffs were helpful. Location was not far from the Roma termini but was not convenient if you have luggages to drag along uneven surface to the hotel. There were a few stairs on entrance to the lobby.

The location is perfect about 8 minutes walking from the metro station. The room was clean and good facilities. Excellent breakfast. The hotel staff were very helpful, especially Ricardo whom assisted us very well. I will definitely comeback to this hotel.

Great location and very handy to Rome Termini. Clean and comfortable. Best night to rest up before catching a train to the airport next morning. Added bonus and nice touch was the welcome refreshments and prosecco in the room. Nothing at all, everything was perfect.

The apartment was very well positioned and close to resturants and a 20 min walk to the beach. Igor who manages the apartment was very helpful and kind, dropping in more tea and offering to get medication from pharmacy as I was sick.

I liked how the sauna steam room and jacuzzi was all free to use just need to book. staff was helpful. breakfast was nice but same food every breakfast

Excellent location for the main railway station and has a real vibe. We were on a late flight so the hotel let us shower and change in the downstairs sauna and gym. The staff were also very nice and friendly. The bedroom walls a little thin, at least that how it felt, we could hear next door to us and others down the corridor

Location; The junior suite, 4th floor was well appointed and quiet and comfortable. being asked by the lady downstairs (who had no impact on my stay at all for a tip as I checked out)

Location close to Termini The small room on 1st Floor was so noisy. When the AC is on,you might as well be sleeping next to a jack hammer; The door has a huge gap at the bottom so you hear everything happening in the 1st floor.
