Staff, breakfast and location I made a request for a double room, they didn’t reply to me. Upon arrival there was only a room with a queen bed. They could have replied and told me the situation beforehand. In addition the A/c didn’t work

It was only for a nights stay before a cruise, central to the train station, pleasant and helpful staff, and they also packed our breakfast as we had an early train booked. Nothing

The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and the location was convenient, close to Roma Termini with good restaurants nearby. The bathroom lighting was quite inconvenient because it only worked with a sensor and there was no option to turn on a stronger light manually. The light was quite dim, which made things like doing makeup difficult. We also found it unusual that breakfast had to be booked in advance and that each time slot was limited to only 30 minutes. The minibar was already fully stocked with the hotel’s chargeable drinks, so there was very little space left to store our own drinks or food. These are small details, but improving them would make the stay much more comfortable.

The staff was superior to any other hotel we ever visited, very naturally friendly and helpful. Closeness to Termini, transportation and city, and yet on a calm street. Nothing really but it was a litle bit warm on the top floor.

Near to the centre. Near to the railway station may be a map might be helpful for people because when we arrived at the railway station they sent us round a whole Square. We could've got there in five minutes and it took us about 20 minutes to get there, but actually it's very direct from the railway station if you come out of the right entrance so maybe a little map showing that would be really really helpful I like everything about the property. I like the fact you had a bath oh my goodness that was so wonderful. It was clean. It was quiet. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff were incredibly helpful. Everybody was welcoming really it was a very very positive experience.
