What I liked most was the exceptional location. The hotel is in one of Rome’s most elegant and peaceful neighborhoods, with a beautiful atmosphere. It’s about a 25-minute walk to the city center, close to public transportation, and there’s a Carrefour nearby, making it very convenient while still feeling quiet and exclusive. The hotel itself is stunning and truly feels like a palace from the outside. The interiors are elegant and reflect classic Italian style. Our room was comfortable, beautifully designed, had excellent air conditioning, and a lovely balcony view. The staff made our stay exceptional. Everyone at reception was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Although a twin room wasn’t available on our first night, they kindly upgraded us to a larger, more beautiful room the following day. They also generously offered us complimentary breakfast for our entire stay after we accidentally booked without it, which we really appreciated. The housekeeping team was excellent, keeping the room spotless and even providing extra bottled water at no additional charge. The breakfast was delicious, and enjoying it on the terrace each morning was a wonderful experience. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and I would gladly stay here again. There was nothing I disliked about the property. Overall, our stay was excellent, and everything exceeded our expectations. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to expand the breakfast selection slightly. As we were visiting Italy, we expected a wider variety of local cheeses and some olives, which would make an already very good breakfast even better.

I stayed here for a week with my husband and 16 Yr old son from 30/06/2026. I booked a triple room which was the best value for money in our budget. First impressions of the hotel were great. Really lovely reception area, very much in keeping with the Roman feel. Staff at reception were helpful and there were lifts to take us to the upper floors. The room itself was very small, particularly for 3 fully grown people. The room was clearly designed to be a double, but had a single bed added at the foot of the double, with a small gap to walk through. I think if we had a younger child it would have been more comfortable, but my son was too long for the single bed - we're going to need to rethink our hotel set ups in future because this wasn't really what we were hoping for, but I understand that this is exactly what we booked. Storage was an issue. We are away for 2 weeks in total, so have large luggage. Perhaps that's unusual and people typically bring hand luggage only, but we had nowhere to unpack clothes. There was a sizeable wardrobe where we could store our cases, and a high shelf where we placed our packing cubes, but access to drawers for underwear and a few items would have been really useful. Again, probably not an issue if travelling with hand luggage only. Room wise, I wasn't too happy with how cramped it was, but we did get used to it. 2 guests with hand luggage only would fare much better in the room, which while small was very nice. The bathroom was nice, clean, plenty of towels and toiletries to use. Breakfast was quite good. Bacon, scrambled or boiled eggs, small sausages and usually some kind of cooked veggies. Toast, pancakes, jams, croissants, cake, ham, cheese, tomatoes. Plenty of choice, plus juice, tea and coffee. The bar doesn't open until 6, which was disappointing on days we got back early and wanted a quiet drink.

Upgraded to a junior suite, wonderful. Breakfast good and great location for the Italian Open tennis. Staff very helpful. Good local restaurants walking distance.

The hotel was nice but for the price I was expecting more. It felt like a great 3 star not a 4 star hotel. Hotel and room were very clean. They let me check out an hour later without issue. The staff were lovely and that really saved the stay. Didn’t feel like a 4 star experience. Some of the furniture is quite faded / dated. The coffee machine in the room has paper cups rather than ceramic. No refreshments upon arrival The shower head couldn’t stay up in the bath Hotel slippers very flimsy

It was in the perfect location. The room was very comfortable, breakfast was perfect. Superb amenities. Very clean and comfortable Late opening for food. We struggled on arrival to get a drink, but someone kindly assisted in the end.

Convenient breakfast, clean rooms with balconies, lovely rooftop restaurant. Upscale quiet neighborhood along the river, located between the vatican and center city. The hotel is indeed walking distance to the center, but not close enough to stop back in for a quick rest or change of clothes. For my first visit to Rome I should have chose something in the city center. I definitely got in a lot of walking. My son and his friends were braver than me and rented electric scooters to get around so they had no issue with the location.

Location, room size, the overall hotel experience Soundproofing - should be improved. The big surprise (in negative way) were the disco bar just across the street - extremely loud music upto 02:00 during the night. Actually last night at hotel it was so noisy that it was not possible to sleep. In the morning at the reception the answer were "strange" - they were not aware about the music! How come, it can be heard everywhere.

We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel. From the very beginning, the staff demonstrated outstanding responsiveness and professionalism. Although the room initially assigned to us did not match the room type we had booked, the team handled the situation exceptionally well. They listened to our concerns, acted promptly, and upgraded us to an excellent room that exceeded our expectations. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. The chef, restaurant staff, and bar team were all friendly, attentive, and highly professional, always making us feel welcome. The food was simply exceptional—every meal was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and of the highest quality. A special thank you to the entire team for their dedication to guest satisfaction. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We look forward to returning in the future.

We asked the overweight employee for a glass cup at night, but he refused. He gave us paper cup and sent us away. The employee the next night gave us quickly and without causing a problem. There was no need for him to do that.
