Hotel The Haven Roma

Very charming and welcoming staff, especially Fatima at the front desk. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.

A pleasant surprise was the room upgrade — we were moved to a spacious room with a stunning view, at no extra charge. It was completely unexpected and so delightful! Breakfast, cleanliness, and location — everything was top. Rome is already a magical city, but this hotel made our stay truly unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

The place is too old, small rooms, I was surprised to know they considered to be a 5 star hotel, kind and friendly people Small room, high price , very small hotel ,, not a true 5 star, in my opinion

Very positive experience. The Haven was like a home from home in Rome for us. The staff are wonderful and made us feel at home. Mario the Manager was very attentive and helpful. The concierges Fatima & Karen were very supportive - taxi bookings , advice on shops , even researched some addresses and contacts for us. The Haven is a very quiet and peaceful alternative to large corporate hotels.

Quiet area, very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was terrible- so disappointed- we fell for the Michelin Star appeal and after the first day, we went out for breakfast every day despite having breakfast included.

The hotel is small, but it provides a great sense of comfort and familiarity. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Particularly, Karen at the front desk was amazing in helping us in any way she could. People at the restaurant also were very nice and friendly. We really liked the hotel and will definitely try to come back. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Piazza del Popolo and Villa Borghese with lots of things to do and places to see. The area is very safe and relatively quiet given its location. we stayed 4 nights and only on the second day the breakfast was a bit not as great as other days. It might be because of some issues in the kitchen but in any case, we were very happy with the breakfast overall.

We had a really lovely stay at The Haven Roma and felt very comfortable throughout our trip. The room was spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of room for everything, which made it feel even more relaxing and comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious, with a big shower and lots of room, something we really appreciated. The mattress and pillows were also very comfortable, so we slept really well during our stay. The room and all the common areas were spotless, and that made a great first impression from day one. Everything was very well kept, clean, and pleasant, which made the whole stay feel even more enjoyable. One of the biggest highlights was the staff, who were genuinely attentive and helpful every day. They adapted very nicely to our schedule and took our needs into account when it came to housekeeping, noise, and overall comfort, which we really appreciated. It felt like they truly cared about making sure guests had a smooth and pleasant experience. They also arranged our private airport transfer both on arrival and departure, and everything was organized perfectly. It made things so much easier for us, and the driver was smooth, punctual, and pleasant, which made both journeys relaxed and stress-free. Breakfast was ordered in advance, but it was really good every day. It offered a nice mix of savory and sweet options, fresh products, and cooked dishes, so it felt varied and well balanced. Everything was tasty and carefully prepared. Overall, it was a really nice experience in a place where we felt welcome and comfortable. We would definitely be happy to come back. Beautiful hotel big rooms and bathrooms, and fantastic staff especially Joseph! We had an upgrade at check in and would have loved to stay more! Nothing. The hotel is a bit off center though, in a more residential area, which is good for the noise but less practical if you want to be in the middle of things. But it suited us so…

The staff was outstanding. Highly professional and knowledgeable, practically upgraded our Rome experience. Super friendly and helpful. A wonderful team. The hotel itself was high-quality, very clean and upscale, and breakfast was fantastic.

very nicely situated on the edge of Rome city centre which meant everything was in walking distance but we were away from the hussle and bustle, and noise! Lovely helpful staff. Good breakfast.

The hotel was really amazing and located close to the centre of Rome and every place was in walking distance and you can see and visit most of the famous landmarks by walking, from this hotel you go for sightseeing easily ، My stay was exceptional, and I can say it surpassed my expectation, the staff was very polite and considerable for us and was ver gracious for everything we asked to, I would like to mention Karen, Josef and Fatima Al zahara as members of the staff that was very helpful for us and made everything to made us happy , every evening there were send us a message asking us about our preference for the breakfast at next morning, and they were very generous for us and prepared every day an incredible breakfast the was a selection of organic vegetables and fruits, green salad, nuts, eggs and cheese , fresh juice and I can’t forget the taste of Tiramisu Nothing
