Nice and calm neighborhood with transportation to city center. Felt safe for solo travels. The building is classic old and the rooms have nice style furnitures. The ladies bringing breakfast in-room were nice (italian speakers). Breakfast options were only sweet (italian style), which is not bad, depends on taste.

It all looked super fancy and I liked that there was a self checkin. The location was good aswell and the host was very friendly and it was easy to reach out. The breakfast doesn’t have vegan options. If you’re vegan and buy with breakfast included, don’t. It definitely has a huge lack of options, we were left with only eating toast and juice. The bidet smelled awful but overall I’ve seen worse with cleanliness in other hotels. And also we didn’t really get a proper blanket

Location was perfect away from any crowds easy transportation to and from the hotel. Room was clean and a good size for us. We were very dissatisfied with a few things. There was a problem with the hot water, most of the time only one of us could take a shower with hot water, on the second occasion the water was very cold and after a few minutes it warmed up but then during the shower the hot water was gone and wouldn’t warm back up and just ended up having a cold shower. We reported it to the host and they tried to solve it, but it didn’t get better as on the last day hoping that the water issue would of been resolved I washed my hair but I didn’t even manage to use any shampoo and it went cold I waited for a few minutes hoping it would get warm again but couldn’t cope with how cold the water was and we needed to leave the room so I just didn’t bother. I did try to dry my hair but after 5 minutes the hairdryer stopped working. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable every morning we woke up with back pains. The hosts are very nice, but don’t believe the accommodation is good value for money based on our experience.

We are very sorry to give a bad rating, but we were very dissatisfied with several things. there was a problem with the hot water, most of the time only one of us could take a bath with hot water, during and the hot water was gone several times and the water pressure was often very very low. we reported it to the host and they tried to solve it, but it did not got better. the accommodation is very noisy. our room was near the entrance, opposite the kitchen, so we heard everybody coming and Lea ing, even if someone was making coffee at 6 in the morning. and the window looked out onto a street selective garbage collector so we could constantly hear the bottles being thrown away. and in the room next to us they were preparing breakfast, so from 8 in the morning we could hear the coffee making and the microwave continuously. we chose this accommodation because it had breakfast, but the breakfast only included coffee, tea, soft drinks and croissants, bread, no eggs, sliced meat, cheese, vegetables. The hosts are very nice, but the accommodation is not good value for money, and based on the description, this is not what we expected.

The location for me, watching a game at the Stadium Olmpico and exploring Rome, was perfect, only a 20 min walk from both. The stadium and the Vatican. Lovely and quiet area out of the hustle of the city center, with a variety of restaurants, drinks and bistro in the immediate area. There was good access to the Metro, although I enjoyed the slow walk taking everything in.. Good, easy access via a secure courtyard, well presented room with small balcony. Comfortable bed and cosy bathroom perfect for the evenings rest. There wasn't access to hot drinks facilities after breakfast was served, that I was aware of. Also the supplied toiletries left a little to be desired, I was traveling very light and had to fully rely on these.

The location was ok, we got the metro in and walked back. The courtyard that had fresh blood oranges that were ripe enough to eat. Information about the room and how to get in was delivered late which caused a lot of frustration and waiting around only to let ourselves in as it wasn’t a hotel. And I no doubt should have took the upgrade! The photos are deceiving. The bed was rock hard. although it was clean the bathroom smelled funny, like mouldy/damp? The toiletries was very basic - we was given 1.5 toilet rolls for 2 night stay. The breakfast was rolled in the room on a trolly even though they show you a table in the pics and it was shockingly rubbish for the price. Juice is not pure, there’s No fruit or meat or cheese, you get a yogurt, a microwaved croissant and or a slice of stale baby bread with butter and jams. Bowl of Cereal tasted stale also and Not given enough milk or sugar. Coffee was nice though. On the second day breakfast was late and there no bread or yogurts left.

Lisa the host was great. Despite not speaking English she was very helpful...and smiley! Cosy room, air conditioned, good breakfast in the morning, nice clean toilet. This is not a problem with the room itself, but you do need to keep in mind that the location is just outside the main tourist attractions so you will need to commute The train station is a five-minute walk, with no luggage. It is a longer walk with luggage.

Nice room with an AC, balcony and amazing backyard. Breakfast was good for the value. The housekeeping lady was very helpful and kind.
