Did not eat in hotel restraunt/ Rooms were spacious and clean, well-furnished location was good although not as convenient as desired but that was due to my lack of familiarity with Rome's street locations.

Location was good, but that's all you can say about this hotel. So out of date. Had to shower in the bath with a nylon curtain as cover. Room was tiny. Very noisy. Poor insulation between rooms. Couldn't fully close front shutters, so heard cars and people all night. This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel, at best it's a very poor 3 star or an average 2 star. Tiny rooms, shower in bath with nylon curtain rail. Lift was dirty. Ceiling tiles falling down.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom looked good initially, but there were some tub and sink drainage issues. The hotel layout was odd.

The elevator was small and on check out it was out of service. I was on the 4th floor with luggage. The night before check out I ask the desk attendant it it would be fixed in the morning he assured me it would be, but it wasn't.

The hotel is located 12 minutes walk away from the termini train station. Hence easy access to the trains, buses and underground. There are easy walks from the hotel to all the main sites, Vatican (an hour), fontana di trevi (35 minutes). The receptionists were all very jolly and helpful.

Location is good, staff are friendly, breakfast is good. Lift seems a bit unsafe ( guess as it's old) cheapest room shower very tight to get into and no ports for usb's to use in the room.
