Everything was excellent; it seemed that the door handles and the bed could use a bit of oiling, but this is something that can be easily fixed.

Rossana is a terrific hostess and goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable. The location of her property Is great, very close to all the major sites. She’ll give you lots of tips for great places to eat, and may even spoil you with some of her own home-baked goodies! The street is busy with restaurants so it’s sometimes a bit noisy. You may have to keep the windows closed.

The staff was very nice especially Rossana The bathroom was a little distant from the room

Location is perfect for people who are using trains and want to be near the center. All good.

This is the most perfect place to stay in Rome. Rossana is an exceptional host; she has thought of everything to make your stay super comfortable and she goes out of her way to help guests make the most of their stay in Rome and feel well cared for at Aquarius Inn. We had a beautiful, spacious room, with ensuite facilities. Everything is spotless. Each day we returned to find yummy baked treats - delicious almond cookies and chocolate and orange cake. Breakfast is plentiful and you can help yourself during your stay to tea and coffee etc. The location is great, less than 10 minutes from Termini Station and there are lots of delicious neighbourhood restaurants to choose from too. Rossana wants you to feel like you are staying in her home and she should be so proud of what she has accomplished with Aquarius Inn. Thank you Rossana , you are a wonderful person.

Everything: the style of the room, the kitchen, the bathroom ??; Rossana is the best host I ever met. Her attention is far away superior. The daily extra cookies, the birthday decoration (we spent there my son's bday), or the detailed mini guiding with map and Roma travel book... no words... -

Rossa is the perfect host ! Her little touches snd attention to detail make this an excellent place to stay ! Our welcome by Rossa was so friendly and informative especially after a long journey. Freshly baked “ treats” each morning along with a Valentine’s Day special of chocolate truffles and red heart shaped champagne flutes are just a sample of what Aquarius is all about ! The accommodation was immaculate! Ultra clean and serviced to perfection - thank you :) Fresh cafetière coffee and pastries greeted us every morning and set us up for the day in the eternal city ! Wonderful wonderful wonderful is the way we describe both Rossa and her accommodation! It’s not that we didn’t like , but please be aware you will be sharing the space ( depending on booking ) with other guests . We totally understood this prior to our stay and provided everyone respects each other you will have no worries :)

The hospitality, the breakfast from Mrs. Rosse and the very good transportation from the house.

Rossana is an absolute wonderful and caring. She is passionate about her apartments and she is very informative about Rome. The room was spacious and had all the amenities of being in your own home. The location was also wonderful for seeing the sights of Rome by foot. The apartment is so clean, and cleaned every day, what impressed me. The location is amazing, everything is really close, and you have good restaurants few steps from the apartment. We enjoyed.

Incredible hospitality from the host. Accommodation was lovely, clean and tidy and very well presented. The bed was extremely comfortable. Close to the metro system which gets you around the city. Some lovely little restaurants on the street too. I would highly recommend Aquarius inn N/ A

What an amazing place to stay. Rossa could not have been more helpful. Loads of information for us on places to eat and drink and also on transport for us to get to the gig we were going to. The room was so nice and clean and she laid out fruit and cookies etc each morning. She even gave sweets for us to take home to our kids. Situated in a quiet part of town with a lovely restaurant just next door. Id would highly recommend the Aquarius inn and we'll definitely be back next time we visited. Thank you rossa for a wonderful stay. Honestly I have nothing bad to say about our visit top notch.

Great host, clean and location to restaurants and city centre. A small fridge with Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be nice, as we like a morning coffee without having to go to a communal area to make it at the risk of waking other guests.

Everything!!! Rossana's attention to detail is exceptional!! Facility perfect!! Location perfect!! Hoping that in the future to reserve the three rooms for family members!! Without a doubt 5+ stars!!!! As far as we are concerned, zero complaints!!!

Rosanna is a wonderful inn keeper. She cares so much about her guests and this 3 bed/3 bath bed and breakfast. Her cleaning protocol is very thorough every day. Breakfast is limited but she aims to please and was willing to expand our options. We liked the location near the train station with excellent restaurants downstairs and the best gelato a block away. Location is quiet. Traveling during season is just more expensive so we found it a little pricey but it was season. Bed and furniture are older but clean and comfortable. Be sure to make good arrangements to be let in or you will be locked out of the building and inn. You need her to let you in on first day and she lives elsewhere.
