Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The room was spotless, spacious, modern, and luxurious, with a breathtaking sea view. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and we were also allowed to check in three hours early at no extra cost. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and understanding, always willing to assist with any request or issue. We booked the half-board option, and the food exceeded our expectations—the menu offered a wide variety of delicious dishes every day. The location was perfect, just a two-minute walk from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sea and surrounding area. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. we loved everything

The location is great, the staff are nice and polite, and the design of the hotel is amazing The hotel was half refurbished, my room was on the older side and the toilet was so small the shower cabin barely fitting me, I had to pay 25 euro a day for parking, and 30 euro a day for beach seats, also they only accept cash deposit for pool towels ,they adont accept deposit by card or on the room. I requested to change the room, truth to say they have tried their best but the hotel was full, but they called me after 2 days for change the room.

We had to wait during checkin because at first the concierge could not find our booking. After waiting around 10 minutes, the concierge apologised for the wait and gave us a free room upgrade. That was really nice on their part.

No information about the closed swimming pool on the premises. I do not understand such an idiotic hotel policy as charging a deposit for a stay, despite the fact that the stay was fully prepaid.

Location, view, staff, facilities Rooms are not soundproofed, you can hear people next door clearly. Shower was mouldy and carpet grubby.

Excellent location,clean,all staff very friendly & helpful. We stayed 14 nights which I think is unusual as most seemed to stay 7 at the most,we were breakfast only & it was the same every morning,would’ve possibly liked different options now & then.
