It was excellent. No hair conditioner or body lotion but there are stores within close distance.

Great location. No need to move the car since it’s beachfront hotel. Also you are surrounded by bars and multiple restaurants. The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices but less healthy options. Absolutely nothing

Location was great--right on the sea front and the main strip. Hotel was clean, comfortable, with great staff, and a good breakfast. There's a bus stop outside to reach town center and treain station. Entrance is a bit awkward with luggage, but there's a lift outside for both wheelchair users and big case carriers.

Clean room with a good view. Kettle and refrigerator in the room. Breakfast is almost the same every day. It will be good for 2-3 days, but not more.

We loved everything about this place! Booked this place at literally the last minute due to a train problem. Booked this hotel on Booking.com from the train station in Rimini and took a cab directly there. We were met with a very courteous hotel receptionist who told us our room was ready. She also gave us recommendations for restaurants nearby as the hotel restaurant was closed that evening. We were very impressed with our room which was modern, clean, wonderful bedding,and had a wonderful view from the balcony of the sea! The breakfast in the morning was wonderful! It was on the sixth floor and had a great view of the sea! There was nothing we did not like!

The breakfast was excellent. Buffet style. The head waiter was excellent at his job, even remembering that my wife liked a pot (Not a cup) of tea each morning. There was something for everyone including a whole honeycomb with sensational honey. Couldn't fault the quality of everything and the very well trained and delightful staff. Beautiful building, spotlessly clean and in a very central location in Rimini with lots of outstanding restaurants close by. The hotel had closed their dining room until further notice, which was a shame as we understand that the restaurant food was well known to be extremely good. One day, without any notice they closed the hotel swiming pool for which we complained. The pool was open the following day. At night the temperature dropped during mid September. We had to ask for a blanket for the bed, which in a 4 star hotel, should have been anticipated. Maybe we are nit picking, but a 4 star hotel in the centre of this beach resort should have been in a position to serve lunch or dinner, rather than simply bed and breakfast. We could not complain about the staff at the hotel, who from the chamber maid up to the management were charming, helpful and delightful. We would definitely stay at Hotel Ambasciatori again

The hotel is located at excellent location, and the food was excellent. The staff was friendly, especially thanks to Giovanna and Alessandro for their kindness. The room could be larger, it appeared to be a double persons room for three adults. Moreover the stairs on the entrance could be delimited by bright lines as it was hard to differentiate each of them while walking, especially with sunglasses.

Perfect location, realy nice and helpful personal. Sea view in all rooms, due to building position. Hotel is located in the best city part, as in front of the hotel, before the beach you have a nice walking area.
