Excellent location. Family suite was large and comfortable. We reserved a day/time at the spa and when we arrived no one was there to let us in. Eventually a member of their cleaning staff gave us entry. We were quoted a parking rate of 15 euro/day via text message. Upon checkout we were charged 25 euro/day. They stated it was a “writing error”

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast was perfect and excellent selections. Our room size was a bit small for a family of 4.

The rooms are lovely with large comfortable beds— and I had a cute balcony! The breakfast is nice and balanced, and the ladies serving the breakfast are delightful. The staff at reception are welcoming and helpful. The location is nice for access to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. N/A

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The location provided great views and easy access to the beach. Room was comfortable with a great ocean view. The spa was a very nice touch. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Everything was great. No negatives to mention.

We liked everything...the Hotel de Londres is magnificent. There was nothing we disliked.

The central location in the marina, easy walk to the city center, nice restaurants and in the summer season, the beach is just there. The city center was lovely with festive lights at this time of the year. We could park our car at the hotel, for a reasonable charge. The hotel is very clean, our room was impeccable. Excellent soundproofing, we could not hear the traffic at all. Nice breakfast. Our room included access to the spa but we did not have time to try it. We were impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the personnel at the reception and in the breakfast room. The only thing we did not appreciate was the messaging. Immediately after making the reservation, long messages listing rules and prices, not very welcoming. One message telling us pets are not allowed in all room categories (we were not even asking about pets as we don't have one). And the strangest one, asking for a review ("are we a perfect ten?") before we had even checked in.

A major reason we chose this hotel was for the spa. We were only there for two days and looked forward to using it the morning before check out but it was closed for repair.

The location is excellent, right in the center. Balcony was very nice. there is a car park as well but you have to book other vise you can't find parking space. very nice garden that we spent some time and enjoyed. Breakfast is average, service is also average, but the biggest problem is the very uncomfortable beds in the rooms. We asked to split the room bill, but unfortunately they said they couldn't do that either, which is quite incomprehensible.

The property is ideally located in Marina near the beach and close to many e cells by restaurants. The breakfast was excellent. The personnel were very professional and provided excellent service. The spa is a very nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the beach to relax on the rooftop. The initial room assigned was very loud due to the music from nearby bars and discos. The management was able to reassign a quieter room - as I was traveling with an elder parent
