The view was lovely! We could see the Remarkables and the Gondola from our balcony. We also found the breakfast to be exceptional as there was great variety in foods offered. The location to the city centre was superb. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The room I had was roomy and had great view of the lake. The hotel is sited for conveniently.

Brand new bathroom, very clean and comfy. The parking is tricky, maybe allow for allocated parking per room?

Location close to center where you can reach on foot in 10 minutes to reach all the eats and entertainments without need of driving for car park in center is rare. Breakfast is not blasting but got all I need. Facilities a bit old but clean and comfortable. Car parking is limited but managed to get one with help of staff.

Location in a quiet street close to the Center you can just park the car at hotel and walk to Center for dining and entertainment without trouble of finding a parking space which is rare. Breakfast is not blasting but have all I need. Room is out dated but reasonably clean and comfortable. Car parking is limited and not accept reservation. But staff are helpful to find one for us.

Bed very comfortable. Central location. Nice and quiet

I stayed here for two nights. The location was perfect, but it’s on a bit of a steep hill, so be prepared for some uphill walking. The room looks like it’s been renovated, except for the bathroom, which feels quite outdated. However, the staff were really nice and friendly, and the price was reasonable. outdated bathroom

Unique style of the room. The bed was super comfortable. Wifi only worked outside of the room.

Location It’s a dated 3 star property with worn out curtains in the room. old & dim light bulbs which shows the property is not taken care of proactively. The duty Manger himself mentioned that actions are taken upon someone raising a complaint that goes onto show the attention to detail they are missing!

The location is very convenient.

Staff at reception were fine but inconsistent. The (young female) person being checked in adjacent to me was offered help to carry their single bag upstairs to the same floor as me, while I (older female with a child and too many bags) was not. Might have just been an oversight and it wasn't representative of my experience with other staff at reception.

Nice room, older style and starting to show it's age a bit. Still very clean and comfortable - we only stayed one night so not sure I would recommend for longer stay.

Great location, great view overlooking the harbor, great breakfast. The buildings are starting to show their age, and the bathroom seemed like a bit of an afterthought, but the room itself was very spacious and nice.
-
Spacious room. Very helpful, friendly staff. Good restaurant with full room service and even late night food! Excellent location. The washer and dryer times were quite misleading. A 30 minute wash took 45+. One dryer was broken. We just went to the laundromat 5 minutes away.

Very clean, awesome breakfast, lots of sightseeing and other stores very close to walking Nothin

Location Old room, chipped paint, broken mirror, rust in bathroom

Really loved our room as the view onto the lake was amazing. The chalet style gave it a differential point. The staff were very hard working but felt there could be more of them. At breakfast had to wait some time for a member of staff to book us in. She was busy elsewhere. The replenishing of food needs attention too. The staff were busy refilling washed dishes/glasses but not clearing tables, or clearing tables and not relaying with cutlery. Our room was attended to (good idea to have the "no need to clean my room" cards) and the beds were remade, bins emptied but the used glasses/mugs not replaced? In the corridor to our room there was a mess (perhaps some drops nuts or something?) but not cleaned up even though staff had been there.

Short walk to town and I had a great view from my room. Thanks for the suite upgrade! Very comfortable bed, I needed some good nights of sleep after bikepacking through NZ for a month mostly camping.

Paper thin walls. Could hear neighbors clearly. Very hard to find our room in the maze of the compound AND to lug our suitcases a very long way up and down stairs. Parking is limited and inconvenient to rooms. Room had no view whatsoever.

We like the location, the large area to put your luggage, and the patio with view of the lake. Bathtub needed a less slick surface and there was some pealing paint around the tub.
