Access to bed was difficult. Only one comfortable chair. Bed was not made each day. Change of towels was very late each day. Decor was unimpressive. Room did not smell very good.
-
Location was fantastic. Manager was terrific - we had asked for views of the mountains and we got those, although we quickly realised they were also the noisiest rooms and the manager very kindly allowed us to change rooms.

Everything in the room is old dirty or broken, can hear the next door rooms talking and using there bathroom through the wall, cleaner's just change the towels only if they get that right, Very overpriced for what you get

Room was dirty, cobwebs hung from ceiliing, frayed carpeting, chairs were torn and shredded. Upon arrival my wife was in distressed and we had to find other accommodations. We did not stay there at all. We had to lose our fee completely because of there cancelation policy of seven days prior to arrival. We lost 900+ NZ$ for these dodgy accommodations.

N/A The beds were hard, the fixtures were very tired, a wall had a hole in it, in my room a cupboard door was missing, carpet thread bear, a room didn't have a lounge chair or out door furniture

Good location, walking distance to town center. A small kitchen was helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Close to town easy walk

Only positive thing is the location being in the.centre We booked a 1 bedroom apartment, the bedroom had a queen size bed which covered almost 90%, there was a wardrobe with literally no space to put anything ( it was basically full with 1 ironing stand), the living space had 2 single bed with almost no place to sit and it was really suffocating. Only good thing was the bathroom which had some decent space. Overall a useless place to spend 350$ per night, this was our third trip to Queenstown and by far this was our worst hotel/motel stay overall

location. easy walk to town Not staffed. Unit is tired and needs renovating. Outside area, around pool is disheveled and unkempt. A lot of money needs to be spent on the outside of the whole complex to bring it up to the standard you are charging it out at.

The bathroom was excellent. Very clean and with a great heater Steps to the room was a bit of a challenge

Was fine for what I needed, felt was over priced

The location was good for all Queenstown activities The hotel was quite run down. The rooms were not serviced during the stay. Only the bins were emptied, the beds were not made.
