Blue Peaks Lodge

We loved our stay here! If we ever come back, we will definitely choose to stay here again. Great location! Within walking distance to the town center. Spacious parking, making it very convenient for guests.

Very nice staff. Check-in was smooth and simple. The bed was comfortable with a weighted blanket that I loved! Short walking distance to town center. The room is close to the main road so could be a bit noisy when the windows are opened.

Beds were hard, and pillows were below average for comfort.

Good location and value for money. The room had everything we needed and loved the free parking. There was a bit of noise from the people in the room under us, the road was somewhat loud and a king bed would have been nice.

We liked everything at the Lodge. The only thing I can say is that the room we booked was very small. We barely had room for our luggage and felt that we were tripping over it on the floor. Again, we could have booked a bigger room and do not fault the Lodge for this! Just something to keep in mind if you have lots of luggage with you. The value for the room was excellent.

Clean, comfortable and convenient location. Near bus stop so handy for local bus and tour pickup. Shower did put water onto floor under glass door. Also, no service during stay. We were only there 2 nights do not needed but would have liked to know this was the case.

I liked everything about this lodging! Its location is a few minutes' walk to Queenstown botanical garden and the downtown. I booked a studio and its size was generous and included a kitchenette and sitting area. Very comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean and practical. There are 4 washers and 4 dryers in the laundry room, and it was easy to get tokens for doing laundry from the front desk. The staff was utmostly friendly. I would stay here again! Nothing.

Requested Staff to keep my luggage as i got hurt and wasn't able to carry big suitcase but they said No. Another hotel staff were very kind to keep my luggage otheriwse i coulnt manage this trip at all. Please be kind and considerate for unfortunate situations.

Location was perfect to the shops, waterfront and gardens. We were also able to catch the bus to airport right across the street from the location. Good kitchen space and the private green-space was also nice break as the waterfront is very busy. Located very close to a busy street. You can hear roadside traffic all day and all night. Suggestion is to bring earplugs.

Very comfortable bed and my room super clean. Room is as stated (kettle, coffee, tea, fridge, toaster). Staff was nice and helpful with questions. Location was wonderful. Tour buses pick up 2 minutes from hotel (upper Stanley stop). The gardens and city center is only a few minutes away walking. There is a laundry room onsite; tokens purchased at the front desk and detergent is automatic within the machines. Free luggage storage available. And there is parking available for those with a car.

Clean, had all the necessities

This was a great place to stay in Queenstown very near the main town area with a great view of the mountains and large living space. The place was very clean and updated and had great bathroom, comfortable beds, and very nice kitchen with a pod coffee maker which I loved! The place was very clean and we enjoyed everthing about it. I would highly recommend this lodge. It was a little pricer than other place we stayed in Queenstown but we liked it much better! nothing all was great

The rooms were great! We had three people and there was enough room to spread out a little and get comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for making breakfast and a snack at the end of the day. The bathroom was also great - the shower was at a good pressure and there was room to leave your necessities in the bathroom. The only small issue is the our room was that it was located on the side of the property next to a busy street. Consequently we could hear a fair amount of traffic noise. It wasn’t too much of an issue for us, but if you are a light sleep r it could be a bit of an issue if you forget your earplugs.

The location was excellent and the staff very kind, helpful and accommodating. Private parking spot. Not a separate sink to do your kitchen dishes. Had to wash in the bathroom sink which is unacceptable/disgusting in my opinion.

Great location and easy access to town centre. Friendly and helpful staff Fresh (not UHT) milk every day (because we had to move rooms) This was the first of three separate nights at Blue Peaks Lodge. The second was the following night included as part of a tour. Others in our group that booked after us were able to keep the same room but we had to move luggage into storage for the day. The room was cramped with a basic kitchenette (we had to use a cup to fill kettle from the bathroom sink). There was a light outside the bathroom window that was on all night and lit up the bedroom. There was also the constant hum of a fan. The room was on the bottom floor near the laundry, so noise could have come from that. Our other booking was a lot more spacious, had views, was better equipped and only cost $10 more.
