The staff is generally fine — some team members really went out of their way to help with information, taxi bookings, and more, while others were less helpful. Overall, a good place to stay.

What a great location this hotel was! Walking up to the pier was great. Many restaurants near the hotel. Grocery store is right around the corner. It was clean, cozy, comfortable and great customer service! I use my phone to translate our conversation and they were helpful. Even arranged pre 6am breakfast for our tour! Thank you very much-- Breakfast had many selections and it was delicious. I highly recommend for anyone. Wifi worked well. Would love to come back again! I cannot think of any... except there were only 2 elevators and it had mix messages. Outside said max 6. Inside the elevator said 3... and another wall said 4. It did not matter, but it got a bit busy during breakfast time trying to get on an elevator. But over all, great place to stay and I highly recommended.

Excellent Nice location. Nice pool. Quiet. Comfy bed. Excellent staff.

Staff was very communicative and kind. They connect via Whatsapp so you can send requests and receive updates as needed. Room was fine, but the hotel is generally a bit out dated. You can sign out beach chairs for the day. Amenities were not it for me.. the pool area was small and crowded. i did get two massage services which, although the ladies were very nice, the skill was not there. Breakfast is great and location is terrific.

The staff (especially Leandro) were really friendly and helpful. Some aspects of the hotel could do with a bit of attention.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. I was there for work and the television was set up on the desk in my room, that would be the only negative.

Excellent hotel with sea views

Location Facility needs improvement. The bathroom didn’t look very clean. The massage lady asked for tip at the of the session.

Location is perfectly in the city centre, the room with sea view was excellent Dont even have an electric kettle in the room(let alone bottom water) and need to go to another floor to get some water. Staff wasnt helpful enough to point out theres a much cheaper bus option from the nearby terminal bus station directly to Trelew airport and only suggested the expensive taxi service

The location is great, right in front of the beach. The staff was gentle all the time. Breakfast was well served and delicious. The hotel is well equiped with pool, gym and sauna. The room was comfortable. I would like them to turn on the AC at the gym.

Location was great and staff were amazing and helpful. The room had a great view and was quiet despite being on the main road. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Good amenities in the room and breakfast had a lot of good options. It was a bit tired and dated in the room itself
