Perfect location in Puerto Madryn. Garage parking for a fee. Most of the city, including the beach, is walkable from the hotel. Breakfast was good. Bicycles available for an enjoyable ride along the shore. Paying to park.

Perfect stay in Puerto Madryn! Everything about the hotel and location was great.

Well-located property in the heart of Puerto Madryn. Easy walking to shops and restaurants. The staff were exceptional - attentive and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the restaurant and room service. They also have a dedicated celiac / gluten free menu. We also had an ocean view. The breakfast was nice as well. This hotel may be 4-star relative to other Puerto Madryn options, but it’s certainly not a typical 4-star property. There were some issues with cleanliness. A lot of dust, and when I placed my used towels on the bathroom floor thinking they would be changed, they were instead hung back up for me. My primary challenge was that none of the staff spoke English. I got by with my basic Spanish, but if you don’t speak Spanish, make sure to bring a translation app. Overall I would still recommend this property when in Puerto Madryn, especially given the price point, location, staff attentiveness, and full-service restaurant.

Great hotel in the centre of Puerto Madryn - I think this might be the best place you can find in the area. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, comfortable rooms, nice restaurant and staff friendliness at this hotel. We were there for one night only and had to leave at 5am, the staff ensured we had a little breakfast before we left whcih was super appreciated! I would definitely recommend staying here and trying out the restaurant for dinner if you get a chance.

I was truly surprised by the service at this hotel. Simply outstanding. Since the very beginning, I was greeted with a warm cup of tea as soon as I arrived. It was like they were expecting me. The staff was beyond helpful. The breakfast outstanding. I booked this hotel at the last minute, and didn’t think I was goin to have this great a stay. Definitely my choice if coming back to Madryn. Nothing.

Lovely hotel with a great staff team. The chef is really good and produces tasty food. Breakfast was really nice with lots of choices. Rooms and linen nice and super clean. The bathrooms would benefit from a small update (the sink is too small for the vanity unit) but the rest of the hotel was perfect and the prize was really good value. Thank you to all of big the lovely staff.
