Parking, convenient location Wifi wasn’t very strong/reliable

Location. It’s just across the street from the bay. We also liked the parking, wonderful staff, and a place to get a sandwich or drink from the hotel bar. The breakfast was wonderful. It was served in a nice breakfast room where we could view the bay. The room decor and the bathroom are a bit dated and plain. The bathroom is small.

Such a beautiful hotel right on the beach. Delicious breakfast and beautifully presented. Staff is exceptional and they offer laundry service.

The location is directly across the street from the pier, area and promenade. You can see whales within steps from your room. It was extremely quiet. I had an amazing night’s sleep. The ceiling and walls in the bathroom.

We arrived mid morning after a long bus trip from bariloche. On arrival, staff greeted us and, realised we didn't speak Spanish, conversed in english which was so lovely. Our room was available even though it was before normal check-in time. It's such a lovely hotel right on the waterfront and close to bars, restaurants, super markets etc. Breakfast was plentiful and a good range. We had some problems with credit cards being blocked for some strange reason. This is where the staff really made a huge impact on us. They went out of their way to help us through a very stressful situation. This is not a 5 stay hotel but is one of the nicest we have experienced in Argentina. Thoroughly reckommended

Room is clean. Internet is great. Supermarket is just around the corner. Walking distance to the bus station. Bank and Restaurants are nearby. Friendly staff. Gave us information for whale watching. Lots of sofa and working table downstairs. Breakfast is ok. Though we had the same food every morning.
