Food was ok. The vip club was outstanding and the gardens amazing. Employees very nice and ready to help, but at the reception desk they has to many things to do and get overwhelmed, sometimes it was only one person for registration, towels, etc Rooms and bathrooms scream for a renewal, food was good but could be better, need a place or 2 to drop off towels instead the reception desk. Replace the towels and linens. New years with a folklore show wasn’t the best! The place in general is to expensive fir what you offered

The first room we stayed in. Had a mold smell. The rooms need remodeling.

The rooms are incredibly run down - shower was very dirty, lights didn’t work, not soundproof at all. Staff were incredibly rude, and it was incredibly expensive for one of the worst 3 star hotels I have ever been to.

Setting of club coco's. The beach club was the only positive experience for our stay and even that had some drawbacks i.e dirty loungers and towels. Rooms desperately in need of modernisation/renovation. Everything was quite dirty, even the pool towels felt like they just got dried between guests. Terrible noise insulation, could hear guests in adjoining rooms snoring all night. Food outrageously overpriced, much better food available nearby.

The pool was great and food and drinks were decent. Rooms weren’t clean.

The property was clean and the food was amazing. transportation to the two areas of the pool and restaurants was very convenient. security looked after us when I left my room open and making sure guest were behaving. feeling safe as a foreigner is important. The internet was not working in the room and the music playing at the pool should include more Spanish songs since we are in Mexico.

The breakfast was not included, I find it expensive and instead of being a buffet breakfast, they serve your food, instead of you choosing it yourself. the cost/benefit is not good. it is quite pricey for what you get. The bedrooms are quite old. it needs a renovation.

the view the sunset and the room was amazing the hours of the bar woukd be nice till 11 better food dejection at dinner and longer hours at beach club would be nice

Lovely hotel, with good facilities. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Had a very relaxing stay. Drinks included was a nice touch. Beautiful place to watch the sunset. Maybe a little over priced. Buffet was a little expensive for what it was.
