The front desk receptionist, Aleś, was able to fulfill my accommodation request and helped ensure that my stay at Clarion was as memorable as my previous stay- it helped elevate my stay from a 7 to a 10 instantly. Great location, beautiful terrace, very spacious room. They need to get rid of the conjoined twin beds and replace it with either one queen bed or a king bed. Such a nice hotel cannot have conjoined twin beds acting as a “queen bed.”

Not many channels on tv . Especially English. There’s really no complaints.

No facilities, like no good pillows too flat the once we had. No amenities in the bathroom, no sleepers to use. Just fridge and safe case.and one bottle of water and some fruits first day.

It was just as any other hotel. The beds were very hard and pillows are horrible

Staff was accomidating and nice. Good location . Good breakfast. Just the bath tub was very high, dangerous even for tall man. No shower. I had to ask for another room which I got the on the last day of three nights. I have described above.

The ventilation in the room was impossible to turn off, and located just over the bed, making it almost too cold to sleep ; I had to use earplugs because of the noise.

Breakfast can be better if they have omelets and more non pork items. Michael, Pavel, Vladimir and Marketa were very nice and impressive and considerate and made the stay excellent Spiders in room related to the weather which was hot and air-conditioning worked but not very effective on the hottest days of the year
