Metropolitan Old Town Hotel - Czech Leading Hotels

Very dissatisfied. The listing shows a very nice gym but there was none at all, my room was comically tiny and basically unfurnished, and the whole place was dingier than photos suggested. I also saw hotel employees pushing customers to give good reviews.

PARKING INCLUDED! And with the Prague pass it made it so worth it! Their breakfast was a bit expensive, And the parking is at a different location

Great location. Nice and clean. The staffs are all super nice. We liked the breakfast and the welcome drinks. The triple room felt a bit cramped, guess it is just a double room with an extra bed. But overall nothing to complain.

The hotel was nice and staff was courteous. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Welcome roof top drink was very nice as well. It was a very uncomfortable stay due to a heat wave and no air conditioning in the hotel. I was not aware when I booked the hotel there was no airconditioning and would not have booked if I had known. The hotel did provide big fans which I greatly appreciated. I would not stay here in summer months when it could be hot.

Historical, convenient location to tour Prague We stayed during a heat wave, our room was not facing the street so no breeze. They provided fans, one didn’t work Well, Could use some air conditioning in rooms that look at the courtyard

The location was great. Walking distance to town and very safe area. Staf was very nice and did their best. No A/C so room was very uncomfortable to sleep in due to heat of July. Hotel provided fan in room but still comfortable. Rooms are outdated Elevator is very slow. Plenty of construction noise and music early in the morning. I must have missed the fact no A/C while booking.

Excellent customer service - the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, the breakfast had a great selection and the location at the Old Town was perfect for exploring. Wonderful experience.

Location was excellent Room was not like the picture with divided shower room and toilet. Housekeeping did not restock our room and didn’t even come one day. Management only offered to upgrade our room which is hassle Shower was not an even temperature. There is no AC which is noted, but it was very hot when we stayed there.
