The staff at reception were exceptionally friendly and flexible, going out of their way to help us after a long flight from the US that landed early in the morning. Even though the official check-in time had not yet arrived, they allowed us to check in early, offered us welcome beverages at the front desk, and treated us with real kindness at a moment when we were exhausted and dealing with jet lag. The location is outstanding, literally opposite Gare de l’Est, which made it perfect for our one-night stay before catching a train the next day, and the room, while small, felt very reasonable for Paris and for such a central spot. We also really appreciated the smooth early baggage drop before check-in and the option to leave our bags after check-out, which let us explore the city without hassle and made the whole experience much more convenient. The air conditioning did not cool the room effectively, which was frustrating because we needed a properly cold room to rest and recover from jet lag. The thermostat or controls did not seem to change the temperature much no matter what we set, so the room stayed warmer than we would have liked for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom had visible mold or pink stains in the grouting, and the handheld showerhead had buildup from heavy calcification, which was unpleasant to see and use. Thankfully there was a rain shower as an alternative, but the condition of the handheld shower and the grouting really detracted from the overall impression of cleanliness. It was very convenient as a layover for us before leaving on the train to Strasbourg. It was a 2 minute walk to Gare D’Est. Staff at reception were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing I found annoying was the noise from the Underground train that runs under the hotel although this did stop for most of the night

Its location near to train station. It was 43 degree that day and they provide desk fan in every room without asking. The interior needs refreshing

Breakfast was very good, a lot of options to choose from, quite good variety even for longer stays. The room was clan and in good condition, AC worked well, but it was possible to open windows. I liked the mattress - beds were comfortable and the option to choose from 2 variants of pillows was a really nice icing on top. Service was really nice and helpful.

Very clean hotel, comfortable bed, everything was perfect! The location was very good (the metro entrance right at the door), the station a few steps away. The staff was very friendly, kind, nice and helpful; gave us great advice at the reception. We chose a room without a view, but it was very quiet and lovely. Had a great rest there! Nothing, everything was great!
