It has air conditioning which was a god send during the heatwave! The room is very small

The location is excellent!! It is just 50 m to a very central train station-Gare St. Lazare. The cafe downstairs (Le Depart) is great, try the chocolate cake. The hotel is small, the stairs and the elevator are very narrow. The rooms have AC. The cleaning staff is nice and friendly. I deginitely recommend this hotel especially for its unbeatable location.

Location is great for trains and buses. Water refill available. Rooms are very small. Pillows were very soft. Construction across the street.

This hotel has good working ac and is located kitty corner to the St Lazare train station - a one stop RER ride from Gare D Nord. It was 35C / 95F when I stayed and was able to rest comfortably. There is an elevator, though oddly my room was between the fourth and fifth floors. There is either a metro or RER line that runs beneath the hotel. You do hear faint rumblings from the trains from 6 to midnight.

I was not able to travel because of train tickets reservations, I cannot comment on this part. I would like to express my disappointment regarding how this situation has been handled. Initially, when I sent a message requesting confirmation of my check-in and booking status, I did not receive any response from the property. However, as soon as I submitted a cancellation request, I received an immediate reply denying the cancellation. This gives the impression that customer concerns and communication were not prioritized until the payment or cancellation matter became involved. I find this unfair and disappointing from a customer service perspective. Had the property responded promptly to my initial inquiry, the situation could have been handled more transparently and professionally

The location to the train station was excellent. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Would have liked to have a fridge in the room.

Good location no refrigerator

very strategically located . it is near restaurants, coffee shops and shopping there was nothing significant that i did not like.

Cannot think of anything except we didn't like the mattress protector it was hot and slipped.

It’s almost IN the train station it’s so close haha … means getting anywhere is a breeze. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable. They let us store our luggage for late departure too. Loved how easy it was. Cafe next door was great (and Starbucks is on the corner). Walked to Arch de Triumph and The Louvre! Shower is a little tight but there was a nice bath option and the restroom as while was really nice!

The location was super, close to everything. The staff was nice and the room was clean. It’s not suitable for light sleepers at all. The walls are super thin and there’s a bus station downstairs, your hear everything around. The big problem was the curtains, there’s no blackouts, the street lights were lighting the room and the sun which was so bad

The location is nice, close to many stations and right next to saint lazarre station which is a big one with so many stores, the room is spacious for one person, beds are so comfortable,,staff are helpful The hotel is old it needs renovation, the lift is soo small , and the theme colors in general. Noise isolation is almost zero.

We would like that slippers were available. Better tea and coffee. There wasn't any fridge. Bath was a little cold, so we used it as fridge to keep some drinks cold ?

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris. The location was perfect, with transportation easily accessible everywhere, making it convenient to reach key spots around the city. The reception staff were welcoming and very helpful, which made the check‑in experience smooth and pleasant. Our room was clean and well‑maintained, with a wide toilet that added to the comfort of the stay. The Wi‑Fi connection was reliable. Overall, the combination of excellent location, great service, and comfortable amenities made my stay in Paris truly enjoyable.
