We enjoyed our stay in Paris and found the accommodation suited us as a family of 5 as it was close to metro and we could walk around. We don't eat pork and found that there was no meat options for people who don't eat pork.

Excellent Location near the Metro and many shops and restaurants Room was clean Fresh water provided daily Nice big spacious room The pictures are misleading - the reception and breakfast room are tiny meaning there is nowhere to relax in the evening except in your room There is no 'bar' as advertised. There is a fridge with beer and wine you can buy but this is not a bar Our Air Conditioning unit was above our bed and it dripped down on my head. I reported this to reception who immediately seemed to put the blame back on me by asking how cold I set it at.. It was set to 21... It should not be above the bed and should not drip...end of discussion The pillows were old, hard and lumpy - honestly the worst I've ever had in a hotel The cables for the bedside lamps were cracked exposing the live cables - not good with children around No safety lock on the balcony windows and they open up fully like doors to the floor - if you have young children be very cautious as the balcony is only a foot or 2 tall so young children could easily fall out Changed our chosen room layout of 2 double beds last minute to a double and 2 singles

Great location situated right near two metro lines and not a huge walk from Champs Elysee. Room size was very good (for Paris), with aircon, balcony and very modern bathroom (they even provided slippers). Very clean. Free WiFi throughout and very friendly, helpful staff. Very good breakfast choice to get you set for a full day out. Other reviews have mentioned noise .. we were at the back so can honestly say we didn’t notice anything, tho this may differ for other rooms. Breakfast room could get a little cramped, depending on the time you got there. Lift only went up to 5th floor so a set of stairs up to 6th (not a huge problem tho).

The rooms were clean, AC was working very well. Location close to area I wanted to visit. Great value!

Room was excellent as well as the bed. Was afraid for a moment when we saw the rather large party checking in that it would be noisy but surprisingly it was not. The breakfast was good and had everything one would want. I have nothing negative to say.
