The location is great! The metro station is just righ around the corner. This property is centrally located with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel actually has AC in the room!! It was a big deal considering how hot it was when were were there. Multiple friends warned me before my trip that a lot of places in Paris had no AC. Even though we were there during the heat wave, the room had AC and it was comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom is a bit small, but that's typical in big cities.

Very nice hotel but a bit pricey for what you’re getting.

The front desk team went above and beyond accommodating me. There was an unfortunate incident with my wallet and phone being stolen, and the staff here worked diligently to assist me. The hotel not only provided a wonderfully comfortable stay, in a beautiful location, but made me feel safe and welcomed in a professional, respectful manner. I am forever grateful for their compassion, kindness, and support. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Tiny room.

Location My experience at this hotel was terrible and easily one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Main issues: • From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. The receptionist became irritated with me several times because he could not communicate properly in English and did not seem capable of dealing with international guests. • The reception area is extremely small, poorly organized, and not air-conditioned. It is clearly not designed to accommodate multiple guests comfortably. • The elevator is exceptionally small and barely suitable for guests traveling with luggage. • The rooms are extremely small, far below reasonable expectations. There is not even a proper wardrobe or adequate storage space for personal belongings. • The bathroom is poorly designed, with no shelves or practical space to place toiletries and personal items. • The rooms are poorly ventilated, feel stuffy at all times, and have an unpleasant odor. • I also found insects in the hotel, which is completely unacceptable. The most serious issue concerns the payment: • The accommodation charge was already paid and authorized before my trip. • Upon arrival, the hotel insisted that I pay again. • I was assured that the original amount would be refunded shortly. • To this day, the refund has not been processed. This situation reflects a serious lack of professionalism and an obvious unwillingness to resolve the issue properly. I would strongly advise other travelers to avoid this hotel.

Location was great! Room sizes are extremely small we booked a room for three people with 3 twin beds and we could barely move around. They charge for everything. Only one clothes iron for the entire hotel that you had to pick up and return to the front desk right away. Elevator extremely small, hallways small, bathroom small. It was weird that you had to leave the key in the front desk every time you stepped out but not the worst thing.

Space is bit small

The lovely personal, so friendly, polite and professional. Also the location was amazing, close to major metro station but with 20 to 30 minutes walking distance to important landmarks. The breakfast could have more variety although it was good. ?

Location

The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere felt comfortable and welcoming. The room was also cleaned very well every day, which made my stay pleasant. If I had to mention one thing, the bathtub stopper didn’t work properly, so I couldn’t fill the tub and could only use the shower.

It was marked as 3 star…..the room i stayed was with one small window opening into pipes column. The carpets were stained and breakfast was very very basic….none of these are 3 star
