Location was quiet and rooms were decent size for Paris. We did get 2 conjoined rooms and extra hallway was great to leave out stuff out of the rooms. 2 elevators were great too. It was more that the decor could use an update but I get it’s an older hotel. There wasn’t anything that was bad.

Its location is excellent for those coming to Paris for tourism. Many of the city 's attractions are walking distance which makes it so much fun to move around. There is also a nearby metro station if needed. We enjoyed our stay alot. The room doors close with a big bang which can wake you up at night when guests come back late to their rooms.

The location was amazing! The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Sihem at the front desk, always had a smile and had wonderful suggestions. She was exceptionally helpful during our stay. The breakfast was really good and had some interesting choices.

The check in process was very efficient and even let me in the room early since I was there at 1:30 pm, and had extra time to go out explore the city instead of waiting for the check in time, the staff was very friendly as well Everything was well, I had no negative issues

Location, decor, heating. Bathrooms were spacious and well appointed and we received a balcony as requested. The rooms were a bit small and lifts as well…slow.

3000 euros were stolen from my safe. While there,it refused to open twice. I did not think anything of it at the moment, just called maintenance who forced it open with their key, claiming the batteries were dead. As I was counting the money I still had right before leaving, I noticed I was missing a few bills 200, 100 and 50 euros. I had to catch my flight so I left and called them as soon as I arrived home, requesting they investigate. The assistant manager laughed at me and only promised to check when I told her my next call was to the police. I followed up with an email, which she only answered 48 hours later promising to get back to me. I still have not heard back. The matter is not being investigated by the local police and through interpol

The decor so elegant ,beds were comfortable . The only thing is maybe they can upgrade to at least one USB outlet I loved the TV in Mirror I have no negative reviews . People should be aware that there well be another city charge once checking out and deposit fee taken at time of check in.

We had only one Card to enter the room for both of us .This Card is also used for Electricity in the room so if one of the partners wanted to go outside ( to smoke for example) and the other partner stayed in the room he didnt have a chance when he return to use the Elevator which is due to Security issues doesnt work without the room card

The breakfast was fresh. Only managed to eat breakfast once at the property during my stay and it was good! The bathtub was too high to climb in and out. Especially for my mother who has limited mobility.

Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. The staff was helpful and polite throughout my stay. The fitness center is small, but the complimentary steam room is a very nice perk. I also appreciated the free tea and the water bottle in the room, which was replaced daily. There is a lot of room for improvement regarding breakfast. On Saturday, the breakfast area was extremely crowded and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed. Hot items like eggs and bacon were not replenished consistently, so guests had to ask for them. The coffee quality was also disappointing. Regarding the room, the bathroom felt a bit outdated, although I did appreciate having a bathtub.
