I loved the view, everything was exceptionally clean. Very accommodating. The staff were absolutely kind and incredible. I would stay here again for the location (between the arc de triumph and the eiffel tower), the staff (incredibly kind and even helped me put on a bracelet), and the place (gorgeous and clean, heated bathroom floors). The furniture on the balcony could be a bit cleaner. To use the pool and spa, you had to reserve time ahead.

Where do I start? Hotel Kleber is located about 4 blocks from the Arc de Triomphe in the desirable section 16. You can take a 20-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. And the hotel’s staff and facilities are the best I have ever experienced. Nothing

All in all, it’s the perfect hotel!

The staff is so kind and helpful and happy to accommodate any request. Decor is beautiful. A/C was excellent and water pressure excellent. Breakfast good and comfortable to spend time relaxing especially since I am here in the hottest week in history. Excellent restaurants nearby. Nothing

The room was highly comfortable, featuring a very cozy bed with nice, elegant linens. Above all, the hotel staff was incredibly pleasant and friendly throughout our stay. A special thank you to Rafik and Valentina for their outstanding, warm service, which made our visit even more memorable. Highly recommended! None

A few occasional errors that happened, a cold pool, non-working sauna and when people leave the sauna door open it makes a fire alarm that lasts a long time.

Location, spa, staff generally We ijitially got assigned a room that was half the size of others, and someone entered our room during a night, which the managers subsequently denied a said they have examined video (but it actually happened)
