The room is small and not very modern. Bathroom is also moderate. It is difficult to bring the language to the elevator because of stares... the breakfast is very poor so if you have a choice take without it.

It's a 2-star hotel so very basic but certainly suitable for a short stay when you just need a great spot in the middle of the 16th arr. One comment is that during the day, strong cooking odor came up from the kitchen downstairs and the whole room smelled like fried onion for a few hours...

The lobby had good vibes The rooms were incredibly small, beds were hard, hallways were dingy and smelly. Not good value for the price I paid

Rooms was tiny

The location is good restaurants and metro and bus station are in a walking distance The breakfast is poor The half floor elevator isn’t practical specially when u have baggages

The beds were comfy, the location was unbeatable for the price. House keeping did a great job. Wi-Fi worked well. The hotel itself could use a little remodel

It was in town and made it easy for me to access other facilities. The rooms are too small. The working table is too small to hold a laptop. The balcony is not there even though the booking shows it’s there. Breakfast is basic and does not match the money we pay. It was not a good value for the money paid. The hotel should reduce the rates to match the facilities they have and services provided.

Nice hotel between Eiffel Tower and Arc d'Triumph - we were looking for a value priced hotel walkable to all the Paris sites. This fit the bill. Room was small but we expected that. We could check our bags and explore when we arrived - friendly staff, we did not do breakfast, nor spend much time at the hotel as our visit mission was to explore Paris.

The location is excellent especially for the type of meeting venue that I had and also to go to the Trocadero and Tour Eiffel. The area is full of very good and reasonably priced restaurants. Highly commendable. the place was too pricey. Room very small, shower very small, toiletries very scant. I was on the first floor and had to carry my luggage, which was quite a feat.

Location and cost Size of rooms

Great stay for two guys away from their wives for a few days No ice maker or refrigerator

The staff were lovely and helpful. The shower was tiny and you pull the handle out to turn it on, I was always catching it and making it too hot or cold.
-
The common spaces were a bit dated

Very clean, good location

Nice stay, nothing extra but everything worked. Really nice breakfast and lovely staff.

The location is very good! I had issues with the shower (the hose was heavy leaking), I reported it to the reception, but no one fixed it.

The location of Hotel Louisa is particularly good, halfway between the Arc de Triomphe, the Trocadero and Place Victor Hugo. Good neighborhood, easy access to sights and transportation. Additionally, there are many good restaurants and stores nearby, and a laundromat almost next-door. The front-desk staff were very helpful. The rooms are super tiny, the beds extremely uncomfortable, and the elevator/stairs are a pain to use. Additionally, I would not bother with their breakfast, you can find much better ones at any local café for a few euros more.
