The neighborhood is not a great one as expected but we liked the location of the hotel, literally just one minute away from the metro station. The parking facilities is a maze and quite hassle to understand how it works but super secure and clean. The breakfast was really poor. Also the shower was really weird makes the whole bathroom completely wet and not easy to use for others after someone took a shower.

The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. The parking area is confusing. The guy at reception didn't explain well and just told us to take a picture of the instruction which is also confusing. The room has no functioning air conditioning, so if you book in summer, please know that the lowest temperature in the room is 23°, according to the male staff member. He was nice enough to offer to transfer us to another room, but he explained that all rooms are the same-and he was right. We went to a different room, and the temperature inside still wasn't cool. Since it was summer when we stayed, it wasn't really comfortable to sleep because the room was warm.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay and it was a good value for money. The room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The metro station is right near the hotel, bringing you to the city centre in 15 minutes. The window seems bigger in the photos, but actually the curtains mostly covering the wall. The TV didn't work, one of the staff member was nice and tried to change the battery in the remote but it still didn't work and I was staying for only one night, so I gave up.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and a very comfortable bed! Great location, a metro station across the road will take you into Paris in 20-30 minutes

We liked the hotel and was in a very convenient location for our needs. We asked for a room with a shower because my mother in law has limited movements. They gave us a room with a shower. However, we disliked the pettiness: the room came with a Nespresso machine and they told us that we don’t have the capsules (that are supposed to come with the room) because we had an ungraded room due to our request to get a shower. We really don’t care about the coffee pods but found this move very petty.
