Very expensive breakfast although it is very poor one. There is no air conditioning and many things are messy in the hotel

Breakfast could improve a bit

Breakfast didn't have enough variety I don't know if its a French thing, but overall I enjoyed it. My room was hot, but I was given an additional fan since the air conditioning wasn't working properly. The fact that I had to open my windows every night due to the heatwave. Also the fact that breakfast wasn't like what I am used to.

The whole time we stayed there has no AC and the room was so hot. The small fan that they provided did not helped at all.

The location was good. The breakfast was good. Bria water filter station in the lobby was nice. There was no A/C in the entire hotel. First room had bed bug. Second room was better, however in the bathroom there was a weird construction sound from the walls at odd hours, especially in the middle of the night. Also in the bathroom, the smell of cigarette smoking came in through the ventilation.

The staff was friendly Everything else. We got the wrong room, ac was out, our windows were closed while we were away causing the heater to blow the room in hot circles, the room wasn’t fully clean, and we had to make ourselves comfortable in a place that should automatically be comfortable

It's two block away from a metro station. In the middle of a heatwave with temperatures over 40°C, there was no air-conditioning system working in the building. I didn't know that until a get into my room. I checked out 3 hours later and left for a real hotel with working AC. The staff is rude.

The cleanliness is very poor, 1 room is cleaned every 2-3 days. No water is put in the room. Strange smells come from the room. In general, the kitchen was very poor. The rating is very low. I will not go there again.

Good location. Room and beds were nice. Pretty view. FIX THE AIR CONDITIONING!!!!!! Impossible to sleep well.! Also, refrigerators were under-powered. Room clearly had a lingering smell from cigarettes, even though was supposed to be non-smoking.

Generally all was really fine.

Very close to the Philharmonic and to the metro. Big room Run down. Toilet seat broken Towels worn out. Need a face lifting The neighborhood isn’t so cool

The.location for the concert at the Zenith The room is very dated. Definitely not 4 star quality.perfect for the Zenith and I suspect that is why the price is higher. Staff very nice but the hotel rooms are very disappointing. Our bedroom door had been damaged where someone had tried to get in. Not acceptable.
