Location No soap wet towel when arrive no many towels only one big one

Standard room is slightly bigger and the price is lower than in other more prominent places in Paris. Location is only interesting for concert not really for sightseeing. Metro station Hoche in walking distance. During breakfast, cutlery was frequently missing and had to be requested, and refills of tea or pastries were slow.

Good vibes atmosphere and perfect French breakfast !

Last year, when I stayed for the first time, I had a lovely large room, robe, slippers, etc. This time I return with a friend, expecting the same room quality; but instead we found ourselves in a much smaller room with barely enough space to walk. In addition, no robes or slippers (yet we crossed an employee in the hall bringing a second set to another room!). Very disappointed...

Public areas were great Temporary access arrangements were poor

Ok stay, works going on at hotel so access was not clearly marked through car park. Reception said breakfast was not included as per my booking but corrected after showing proof. Breakfast was excellent. Paid extra for a better room, rooms are small but giant bed, fridge safe and ensuite all good, let down by burns on carpet and a damaged interconnecting door that didn't fill us with confidence if next door could open. Chose for location for a concert, Uber out each day.

Staff were really lovely to deal with and really helpful from the moment we arrived truly 5 star service at the reception. Rooms were somewhat clean and if you have multiple people staying they keep one set of towels in the bathroom and another in a small press near the bed incase you're looking for towels for your second guest. The bathroom layout was REALLY odd and uncomfortable, but it's more bad design of the bathroom layout than anything. I never seen a toilet installed in such a weird way that you can only use it sideways.... So I guess that comes with the cheap price of this hotel. It probably would have made more sense to have a shower than a bath in the bathroom and just install everything right way around so it can be a bit more practical.

The lounge area is quite nice. Loved the fact that there is an adopted cat as it’s very soothing and makes it feel homely. I like the colour scheme too The carpet in corridors and rooms are quite dirty. It’s dusty and with stains. Definitely needs replacing. The entrance is not very nice and welcoming However, what shocked me the most is that when I first arrived, I wanted to use the toilets and had an awful surprise: left over of a previous customer who had not flushed!!!! Needless to say I asked straight away to change room. This didn’t give me the confidence that rooms are cleaned properly , if at all. That really out me off completely! Even in the new room I was given I didn’t feel comfortable because I was not sure if all the necessary to welcome another customer had been done. The first impression always stays with you. On My first impression I was disgusted! This is a shame because it has the post entail to be a good hotel but they really need to step up on cleanliness.

The staff were really nice The rooms are dirty, sheets were dirty, bathrooms are dirty the rug is very dated . Tbh it is what you get for the price so I suppose if you want something more glam go for a better hotel

Booked a room close to Le Trabendo and it was super convenient. As a girl alone at night it didn't feel sketchy to return back Rooms were clean and nice, breakfast tasty. I didn't have any problems as a person who doesn't speak French. The staff was super friendly and nice Metro station was within a walking distance, as was a huge park Wifi was a bit weak but I didn't use it that much
